I did not think I could be any happier with a Cuddle Clone product then I was with my pajamas, socks, and stuffed animal, but they knocked it out of the park with the bobble head. The likeness to our dog Goldie is eerily striking. My husband and I have each taken our bubblehead to put on our desk at work. We have had multiple people comment on the likeness to Goldie. It's taken me a minute to get the time to sit and think about what I wanted to say, and figure out how to leave a review on here, being it's my first ever. But I finally figured it out and found cuddle clones on here! So here we go! ‍ I've had the absolute best experience with Cuddle Clones, tbw a CS rep named Manuela, esp!! Manuela was there with me through EVERY single aspect of making my clone and even some alterations! They did such an amazing job on my maincoon, Maxwell, I cried both times when he came in the mail! I've never in my life had better CS reps care like these people do, it's rough already losing a family member but they made it so much easier to go through this process and I cannot tell you how much of a relief it is having my sweet Maxwells cuddle clone, it has helped me to deal with his passing more so than anything else! Seriously, I can't thank these people enough for just being how they are in general, but the kindness, the respect, and listening to every detail & story you've got that had nothing to do with making him! Then, the alteration process! This is where my absolute angel Manuela came in for me! I was nervous to do it and possibly "mess it up" but he explained every bit of it to me, helped me figure out what I even needed to fix the few things I wanted added on, this review could go on for weeks! Kinda like how my email thread did for months, going back & forth about my worries and him gently walking me through every step of it! Cuddle Clones not only offer an incredible service, but they are phenomenal in what they do, period. I snuggle my max every night, pet him, talk to him, kiss him, its such a comfort to feel like I've got a version of my sweet son to hold and get me through my greif, alot like Manuela did as well. All his kind words and sweet things he'd say to try to comfort me, even listening to all my random stories if him and even replying to them with such kind, understanding. It seriously brings tears to my eyes now just thinking back about it! Manuela went completely out of his way to help me, keep me sane, and give me comfort throughout the entire experience. Their customer service/ care is unmatched, and their services are beyond amazing, esp finding out what they do with the clones that have been altered, giving them to childern or elderly people that can't have real pets bc of where they live! To think there's another version of my baby bringing someone else comfort fills my heart with joy! At the end of it all, I got a replica of my Maxwell that I am so in love with! I can't thank them enough for what they've done for me, I can only hope this review reaches more customers so they can experience the same process if you're looking for products like these. Their reps are so unbelievably kind, understanding, and patient, and they just really and truly care about you as a person 1st of all, but as a grieving person, ESP! I'd give them 10,000 stars if I could this company just hits it out of the park! I could go on and on with this review about how great this company is, I seriously can't thank all of you guys at cuddle clones for bringing me this peace of mind during the absolute worst time of my life! Losing my 1st born son was beyond devastating. You all made it so easy to get through this and sent it out to me!! He came in earlier than expected, so it was yet another amazing surprise I couldn't thank them and Manuela enough for!! I absolutely recommend Cuddle Clones for their services, but in general, with their CS period!!! . Thank you SO much, Cuddle Clones and Manuela (esp), for getting me through this experience and, in the end, giving me something I'll hold onto and cherish for absolutely ever! ‍ read more

I have never written a Google Review before. I ordered socks, a pajama top, and a pajama bottom on December 5, 2024. On Dec 6, I got emails that the pajama tops and bottoms were in production stating, "You should expect your product to be completed and delivered to you within the next 2-3 weeks"and to be on the lookout for a tracking link. I called and emailed on Dec 28, and as of Dec 29 (24 days from my order), there is no word on shipments and none arrived. Very disappointed they broke their promises and the FTC delivery rules. read more

BUYER BEWARE. Cuddle Clones is a SCAM. I ordered two sets of pajamas for my kids on November 8. It is December 13 and they're not here. They originally were responding saying "oh, the order wasn't processed. We had an issue with our factory". Now they won't respond at all. I have tried using their info email and their chat bot and everything just says they're offline. There is no way to get a refund. No phone to call. Infuriating to say the least. read more

I had the very best experience with Cuddle Clones! Their customer service was really wonderful, and they were so patient with the number of pictures I sent and the number of emails I sent asking about it. The replica looked exactly like my deceased pup, and it has truly helped to heal my heart! It is so life like that I have had several people assume that I got a new pup (real dog) after seeing the pictures of my "Riley" cuddle clone. Thank you, Cuddle Clones, for bringing me so much joy. This was worth EVERY single penny I paid! read more

CAUTION This "business" could be a scam. I never got my order (despite paying extra a few weeks ago to have it by today). I see a lot of reviews here and on @cuddleclones posts saying the same. Cuddle Clones is active removing negative comments and posting marketing material on IG but won't respond to my customer service requests via email or IG DM. I can only assume someone is defrauding people here... My order number is CC-528486 (because i know i'll be asked before radio silence resumes). read more

I'm not one to EVER leave reviews... but I felt the strong need to warn anyone who's even considering ordering from this company. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed my order with more than enough time for it to arrive before Christmas and paid an extra $40 for holiday rush and expedited shipping--something they GUARANTEED. At this point, it should've arrived by now - I placed the order weeks ago, yet here I am, with no order, no updates, and no way to get answers. Their customer service is absolutely awful. They do have a phone number, but when you call, it just tells you to go to the website or email them and then hangs up on you. Emails are equally useless--they ignore most of them, and the two replies I received was the EXACT same copy-pasted, generic response with no real information about my order. Now, because of their incompetence, I don't even have the Christmas gift I ordered. I trusted this company, paid extra to ensure delivery, and they failed me completely. This company makes promises they cannot keep, and their support is nonexistent. When they respond to reviews--like on Yelp--it's just the same scripted garbage with no solutions or accountability. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Never order from this company. They are an absolute disaster, and I'll never make the mistake of ordering from them again. They don't even deserve 1 star, and like with every other response here... you'll see that their "customer service representative"... again... is gonna reply with the same GARBAGE SCRIPTED answer. read more

I ordered from them before. Twice. No problems at all. But, for this Christmas (2023), I ordered 2 blankets of our late dog for my daughters as their main present. I placed the order on Dec 2. Plenty time for a simple job. Well, today is Dec 26, Christmas has passed and still NOTHING from them. NOTHING. I contacted them multiple times and this morning they sent me 5x the exact same email with their generic bla bla bla. I'm always willing to give the benefit of the doubt or a second chance, but I have lost patience. I will never shop with them again. They messed up my Christmas big time with a no show and with added stress to track my order. read more

I ordered a stuffed dog on 12/17/2024 & paid $356 to look like my GSD, who was a long coat, show quality GSD who was imported from Germany. She had shorter ears, a shorter muzzle & was mostly black & red. I received this dog who has a piss poor sewing job around her muzzle (sorry, but there's no other way to explain it), & they sent her with black & cream colored which is NOT what I said nor did what her pictures looked like at all! I mean, I can't believe they even sent her out with the muzzle, even looking the way it did! I will get my money back for shipping because to even send her out like that is inexcusable!! read more

Aovid this company for pajamas/socks. Others we have ordered from are better. We bought three sets of pajamas for holiday gifts. We ordered in November for a December delivery. Order #1 - men's pajamas with dog face *decent, light material *good colors *dog face so small that the gift receiver had to hold them close to actually see it was their dog's face Order#2 - female pajamas (2 pair) and socks *decent, light material *good colors *socks arrived first with wrong picture, which started a 2 week process of back/forth with company to get the issue rectified hopefully before the pajamas were printed. The run-around was ridiculous to the point that we gave up - no work was given to try to rectify the situation or correct the situation when the pajamas, of course, were printed wrong. We decided that entering the conversation regarding a refund would be a complete waste of our time - so we are out $110 for a set of mis-printed pajamas. Update: per your request I tried to send you our order information but your settings on this site do not allow for replies. Further all the information you need about the issues with our order were shared over multiple emails with your customer service team in early December. read more

I ordered pajamas for our kids on 12/9. Paid $9.99 to rush "ensure Christmas delivery". It is 12/27 we still have not received. I reached out to the company trying to at least get my $9.99 rush charge refunded. They claimed I paid for the rush in production, but I had to pay again to rush the shipping. Awful customer service and very deceptive practices. There are plenty of other companies that can print dog pictures on pajamas, avoid this one. read more

I am a retired man living on a fixed income. In early December I decided to stretch my budget and order my wife a pair of PJs with pictures of her new puppy Daina. Here's your tracking info: Shipped via: DHL eCommerce Tracking number: 420294059261290367853500777762 ) Despite sending 5 emails to the company requesting actual information, getting my money back or information on my orders true location, here I am on 12/27/2024 with no gift for my wife and no money to buy something else! THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE AT ALL. ZERO. Multiple times I have checked on a delivery date but they just keep showing the same stock notice saying the pajama's are on the way despite the website tracking page indicating that my present is still in Akron Ohio. This was my worst Christmas ever. Thank you very so much Cuddles Clones! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM !!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY read more

I placed an order, and contacted customer service to ask about rush service. They specifically stated that a 2 week rush service would ensure arrival by Christmas. Unfortunately this was a lie, and the order did not arrive until after Christmas. I have been emailing customer service for days now, and they refuse to acknowledge any issue, despite the email thread where they told me it would be delivered by Christmas and the clear tracking information showing it delivered after. They refuse to refund the rush fee despite not meeting the timeline promised. They claim they don't even have a customer service phone number to call and refuse to escalate to a supervisor. Horrible customer service, avoid at all costs. read more

I ordered these pajamas as a gift for Valentine's Day. The website stated they would arrive in time for the holiday as long as you ordered within the next 24 hours which I did. (This was with over 3 weeks prior to valentines day.) I received no updates for 2 weeks and then I got an email saying there was a production delay and my items might not arrive in time for the holiday. You can only contact customer service through email. I told them that wasn't acceptable as their website stated it would and that's why I chose to order with them. I asked for a partial refund and they said no. They said the order wouldn't arrive in time and there was nothing they could do. A few days after Valentine's Day I got an email my order shipped and when it arrived I was missing an item. Customer service told me all my items were shipped together despite me telling them they were not and I only got two items. I spent 2 days and numerous emails later to find out that one of my items was delayed and is still in production. There is no estimate as to when it will be done and zero updates. I spent almost $150 on three pajama pants for my family and I cannot even talk to a supervisor. I ordered a clone in Nov for the Christmas holiday. Although I supplied many pictures and told support many times how the position should be they still got it wrong. The paint job was not very good and looked rushed. The muzzle was not painted evenly. One ear was pink the other ear was white. Over all just really let down by this company. I was in good email communication with the support staff until I sent my clone back for a revision (the position) which should have been done right the first time. Not only did it ruin the gift for my wife but I have not heard back from them since I sent my cone back. I paid and extra $100 for holiday delivery - $400 in total. Do not order from this company. If I could leave a 0 star I would. I was fully intending to love this product. It doesn't even look like a cat or even worse my cat that I just recently lost. This whole experience has been quite awful and customer service has been a nightmare. The process of duplicating my cat was obviously not 'incredibly valuable' nor taken very seriously as his face shape isn't even straight or in proper proportion to his body according to the images. His paws aren't even the same color, his ears are uneven and not the right color, it's not even the same size or color overall. I worked hard and took hours in picking out which images I was going to send over so cuddle clones would have the best images to duplicate. I spent $297 on a stuffed animal that looks worse than a $8 Walmart stuffed animal. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of product and company. I also lost the $100 rush shipping charges and I had to pay shipping to send it back. I couldn't get anyone to send me a prepaid shipping label after days of trying to contact customer service because it's 'policy'. read more

Cuddle clones lost my clone then lied about it for almost 6 months! This after the misleading rush issue around Black Friday. Then they just hope you forget about them as they never send any updates unless you first question their lack of communication. If you are looking to buy one to relieve a heartbreak like we did, don't waste your money. Thank you Cuddle clones for helping my son relive the loss of his friend. So disappointed, run fast. There is a reason why this company is rated an F by the BBB. Service is incredibly slow, support was conveniently received after shipping info was updated, and the product quality and material is basically like cheap Spirit Halloween costumes. I ordered a pair of red gingham jogger style pajama bottoms, and they look like clown pants. the material is like a cheap satin knockoff, and basically the same production quality as the shorts and shirts my mom used to make when I was a kid with her 30 year old Singer sewing machine. My item sat waiting for USPS to pick it up for 10+ days, then sat again for another 3-4 before it ever moved again. And, this was a 1.5-2 weeks after my initial order. You never get any kind of proof, or way to review the work being done. I can't speak for other products offered, but this was an epic failure in my book for $40+.
