Shortly after eating it, I developed severe abdominal pain that became serious enough for my family to call 911. I later learned about potential illnesses associated with tuna, including scombroid (histamine) poisoning, which can occur when fish is improperly refrigerated, and anisakiasis, a parasitic infection associated with raw fish. My family contacted the restaurant the following day to report what happened. They felt the response was dismissive and lacked the concern expected when reporting a potentially serious health incident. My family previously shared this experience in a review, but Yelp removed it because it did not include enough firsthand customer details. Based on what I experienced, I would not feel comfortable ordering from Honshu again.

This should've been an easy slam dunk in flavor, but everything felt kind of bland and flat. Maybe due to the lack of nori. 4) Crunch Drunk Love: Lots of fish, but again, not enough flavor. We also got the Edamame with Spicy Miso Butter, which was just OK--the butter was weirdly sour. I wouldn't order it again. In fact, I....wouldn't really order anything here again.
