    Caesar Salad -LG

Excellent service, great food! We made a reservation online and were seated immediately. From start to finish, the service was amazing. Cassidy and the rest of the staff were so attentive and friendly. Our plates were cleared between each course, and they timed bringing out the food perfectly. The food was fresh and so tasty. Highly recommend the Caesar salad and CM pizza! Their warm focaccia was also excellent I can't wait to be back! Shout to to cassidy for a great first time experience!

Margarita Pizza with onions and garlic

Having been to this restaurant many times for delicious dinners, I decided to finally try the pizza. I ordered a 12 inch pizza with two toppings, and it came to $28. A little pricey, but if it's good pizza, it's not a horrible price. But this pizza was not even as good as pizza I would get at Little Caesar's. The crust is paper, thin and a margarita pizza normally has sliced tomatoes on it. There were no sliced tomatoes to be found. It was just tomato sauce with cheese, but the size of the pizza and the thinness of the crust I would not have wanted to pay more than $12-$15 for this pizza. I highly recommend this place for the dinners and their specials. But I would skip the pizza line.

Impressed with service and food. Every night before 6 pm is sunset m menu. You pick your entree and receive salad and scoop of gelato. Had shrimp parmigiana with penne . Good tasty portion. Had Caesar salad and vanilla gelato . Children meals at $12 were large. Thought at first they were for the adults. Warm comfortable with outdoor seating also.

Fantastic overall experience today for a late lunch / early dinner. Last time I came to eat at this location was when it was originally Sal's. Because of the odd time, we were literally the only customers. We had our kids so they provided wikki stix, which was a pleasant change from your typical crayons. My daughter loved them and definitely kept her busy until the food arrived. My son on the other hand could careless. We were first served a starter bread that looked amazing, it had garlic, onions and I believe tomatoes in it, impressive for free bread. We're a sucker for calamari, and these tasted like they are made fresh, nothing like the thin and somewhat chewy, previously frozen type stuff you find in most restaurants. Their Sunday gravy was tasty but the pepper aioli was the winner for pairing. The pizza was thin with the right amount of crisp. Sauce was great but would've been better with just a little more cheese. Also, love the freshly grated parm instead of the shaker stuff. I'd say the best part of our experience was our waitress Melissa. She was super friendly and attentive. She brought us our food quickly and continued to check up on us, just what you'd expect from excellent service which we haven't received in awhile, and extra points for her interaction with the kids.

We usually go to the Cucina Moderna in Boynton Beach, but they are very popular & we couldn't get a reservation. So we went to the Lake Worth location and had a comparably good meal. The restaurant is fairly small and had an open, welcoming feel. Although we were seated right away, our server didn't come to our table for an inordinately long time. Her service throughout our dining experience was not the best. She may have been a bit overloaded. Her co-workers did seem a bit more organized and efficient. We still enjoyed tasty dinners from the Sunset menu, which included salad, soft drinks/hot tea, entrees and gelato. Our dinners also included Cucina Moderna's fabulous focaccia bread and olive oil. It's a great value and draws a crowd. We each ordered the chicken parmesan with a side of spaghetti. The chicken was a little tougher than usual albeit still good. And we like their rich tomato sauce. The restaurant offers a variety of gelato flavors, which are the perfect way to end a nice Italian dinner. As we were leaving, the manager handed my wife a rose because it was Valentine's Day. A very thoughtful gesture (which made me look bad because I didn't give her any flowers!)

Came here to celebrate my Birthday with my family a few day ago. We went in around 4.30pm, it was great not many patrons yet. So we got our door fairly quickly. We eat here quite often since we moved to Boynton about 6-7 years ago. Not much to complain about food. Most entrees tasted great and fairly consistent, portions are generous as well. Only complaint I have is that it seems like the Linguini Clam has gotten more salty over the years. Might have been just us. Deserts always great! Except this time they forgot the ice cream that supposed to come with the dessert. Server asked if we still want it but we were very full at that point. We love the Italian decor too!! Especially my daughter

Authentic Italian lasagna. Reasonable prices especially on the early bird menu. I love the fresh house made bread served with dinner and olive oil. You must stay for the amazing gelato served at the end.

It was our first time and it was a wonderful experience tonight. There were 7 of us for dinner, we shared a couple of pizzas that were delicious and tasty! Then we proceeded to the antipastos to share, the variety of flavors were wonderful. Adonis our server was very nice and delivered everything on time and freshly made to the table. We had the chance to catch up with conversation because we had time to catch up on life. This is such a quaint place with delicious food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere!

I went the day before their pizza was voted the Best in Palm Beach County for 2025. In that regard, it's worthy of the award. Was impressed with my first visit here... started with a super fresh salad, excellent. Loved my slice of "The Trio"... Fresh Mozzarella, Pesto, Vodka Sauce while I waited for my pie. Pizza was great but would love this pie with a thinner crust... then has the potential to be one of the best pies anywhere. When I spoke to the pizza maker, he understood, and said his customers like it like this, but next time I order a pie, ask for a thinner crust and they will make it that way. That is impressive... and exciting! Be back for that soon, and report on it. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

In fact, home doesn't really feel like home unless you got one. And now I got one. When we're at our Winter getaway in Palm Beach, some nights just call for pizza (okay, I have to call for the pizza). About a year ago, the wife and I did a mini tasting tour, grabbing a slice at three of the higher Yelp-rated pizza spots in the area (Lake Worth and Lantana, which are just across the bridge). East Side won hands down. The place is nothing to look at. It's a small joint in a strip mall that has seen better days. But that's where hidden gems like this lurk. And when it comes to the core mission, East Side gets it done. The pizza is your classic neighborhood recipe: thin but chewy crust, slightly sweet tomato sauce, classic mozzarella (and plenty of it!), plus a decent coverage of toppings. We've tried a few combinations and liked them all. My order is always ready at the pickup time, and we've never had a pizza that was overcooked. One caveat: I tried an Italian Combo sub once, thinking they'd execute that well. They didn't. The bread was hard, and the meats too thick. Basically inedible. My wife's Eggplant Parm sub also fell short. I'm gun shy about trying another sub. But when it comes to pizza, this is our place.

I've ordered from them multiple times since seeing them pop up on DoorDash. So far, we've loved the regular cheese pizza, the pepperoni pizza, and even the Greek salad. What I received instead were two tiny, broken pieces that looked nothing like what was advertised. The portion size is honestly ridiculous and not worth even a few dollars. I've seen videos of people eating pizza in Italy and it looks very similar to the picture on the front of the flier. (Smaller pie, half burnt however very fluffy crust, no cuts in the pie etc) and the picture features a "Margarita style" pizza. I wanted to order EXACTLY what I saw being advertised. I check the menu and it says "Pizza Medium 14 inch $16.99" which is what I was expecting. I order takeout, because I live not even 5 minutes away from the place. When I go to pickup the pizza, they tell me it's gonna be $28 (which is almost a 100% price increase from what I read on their menu). However, I think to myself "As long as I'm gonna get an authentic looking Italian-style Margarita pizza (like their menu shows) I'm fine with paying $28" So I pay the $28. I walk out of the store and to my car. I open the box. This pizza looked NOTHING like the menu. I'm talking night and day. It had a bunch of tomato slices on it, which if I had known it had all this tomato on it, I wouldn't have ordered it! To be quite honest, the only reason I was able to eat it was because I was on a 24 hour fast. Otherwise, I don't think I would've ever eaten this pizza. Completely felt betrayed and lied to based on their advertising. The menu picture needs to be more realistic because whatever I ate from there was NOT Italian-style. I wish I had something positive to say about the experience, but I genuinely don't. If anybody knows a genuine Italian-style pizza place around Lake Worth FL lemme know

So when friends asked if I were interested in joining them for an art exhibit, followed by dinner at Oceano, I could not say YES fast enough. I am thrilled to say the wait was worth it. All the chips fell into place when after a small wait we were seated outside (what luck), found our waiter was from Croton-on-the-Hudson (had to wait a year before he was able to land a job at Oceano), and our food was paced perfectly. Started with the Grilled Cucumber Salad that included sumac-labneh, medjool date, berbere spice pickle, pistachio, and the Sugar snap Pea Salad of rhubarb, pecorino, stracciatella, mint, lemon, marcona almond. Next up, Pizza! Had to of course start with the Straight Shooter Pizza which was a simple pie of tomato, mozz, basil, pecorino, good olive oil. Pizza #2 was the Zuchinni Pizza, a white pie of hazelnut, lemon, asiago, mozz, parm, stacciatella. To round out the meal we had the Gnocci Sardi. This was an utterly delicious bowl of pasta that included duck confit, morels, peas, parm, creme fraiche, fines herbs, wild ramps. Super meal with smiles all around. There are two restaurants I feel are super deserving of a Michelin Star in my area, and Oceano is definitely one of them! In the old days when the meal was $10-$15, it was a pretty easy choice. These days you're looking at $25-$35 for a decent pizza. That's already at a price point where I might as well just go out for dinner with my girlfriend or whatever to a nicer restaurant. I'm not putting this on the gentleman who runs this spot. It's just a suggestion that perhaps hitting price points that are a little bit closer to Eastside pizza, which is also good, although not as good, would be a smart move. Also the delivery service they use ads on all sorts of fees, which really just makes it unpalatable unless you want to go pick it up yourself. Leastly, if they made themselves available on Uber eats and GrubHub, I actually already get $10 off of both of those because of AMEX. So I'm sure other people are in the same boat.
