Wrapped, loaded and secured our belongings beyond our expectations. After driving almost 8 hours, we didn't have a single item damaged when we unloaded the truck. I appreciated the call and I was able to work with that. Prior to my move-in day I was in communication with one of their customer service reps, Priscilla. She is extremely thorough and very professional. Desiree is delightful to work with! Moving day: These guys are awesome! Youssef, Omar, and Joe arrived right on time. They did a fantastic job of taking apart modular office desks, moving between rooms and reassembling them the way we wanted. When we changed our mind about the placement of two large desks, they immediately went to work disassembling and reassembling them to our liking. They made sure they were super careful with everything. The large filing cabinets and long desk that were moved to a very narrow storage-type room went in without a scratch! I am amazed at how smooth everything went and in such a short amount of time! I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and will certainly use them again for my next move!

I had 7 pieces of furniture for them to move - a coat and shoe rack which they broke, a dresser…read morethat had all the drawers moved by me already gone, a hope chest empty, a 60" tv still in the box, a dresser with empty drawers and mirrors, a queen bed headboard not attached and no box springs a metal from that was in one piEve, a china hutch that broke down to 2 pieces, and a sofa bed couch that I had to help them get out my door. They did have stairs at my old place but an elevator at the new place. It took them 6 hours to move my things. if my sister had been in town we could have moved it faster than they did. My estimate was about 1/2 of what they wanted to charge me which was $1100 I told them I could only pay $900 which is still absurd. I went over there to the office and talked to Cameron about it and he advised me he would give me a refund if 1 hour and $.60 per pound on the broken item. When I sent him the weight of the item and asked about my refund he said once I paid the balance of $200 then Ihe would process the refund. Really $1100 for 7 items. Needless to say the balance and the refund were a wash. I will never use or recommend this place again.

At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Please reach out so we can resolve this.

So understandable I did not want to be in my apartment and pack my things myself. They told be 800 at first and then ended up charging me almost 1,600. Come to find out when moving back in. MANY of my things had been STOLEN and damaged. PLEASE Don't use this company. They are crooked and made my situation worse then before, scamming me in a time of hurt and unimaginable loss. They were rude, showed up 2 1/2 hours late, took there time and were inconsiderate that I had just lost someone so close to me in my life. If I could give them zero stars I would. I hope these crooks go out of business.
