Had I not kept the receipt, their ineptitude would have cost me double. Plus, the price for gift wrapping is now through the roof. OH! And there is a flat $2 fee to run a debit card. That's outrageous. The previous owners built relationships and treated people fairly. They had integrity and knew how to manage their business.
