The body shop they sent my car to absolutely trashed my car with it being littered with dirt after I had it professionally cleaned, they scratched my new car mats I had installed myself, black finger prints littered up and down the headliner, and they deeply scratched my car along the drivers side that they couldn't even buff out. To add to it, I was a couple days postpartum having to go through this and see my beautiful new car getting completely trashed. They offered to send my car back to the body shop to have them clean it, and after it was returned the car was still dirty, there were still black fingerprints all over my headliner, my mats were still scratched up, and the deep scratches were still there because they were so deep. This went on for over a month, and I regret it to this day trusting this place with my car. I hate this Carmax and the experience they gave me.
