I had reserved a car the day before I needed it. I was on a time crunch so I had reserved it for…read morethe EARLIEST I could in the AM. I didn't get a car until around 10am. (Which is the customers faults apparently bc cars are suppose to be turned in the night before so they assume there will be cars available for the AM customers). I wasn't warned this might happen. (What happens if a customer is trying to catch a flight -they can't be two hours late to the airport.). I also wasn't told there would be a $400 deposit hold on my credit card until the car is returned. When I went to return the car at a different place that went okay even though there was no one around to take the car back, there was a key box and it was completed online- I received an email that the transaction was closed ( it was a small town so I gave them more grace.) I went to rent another car a week later (in the Dallas area) to try and return home and it was a WHOLE mess trying to get a car rental that would allow me to do a one-way trip. I had made another reservation and the same thing happened again where there were NO cars available even though I called in before we left to go pick up to confirm. Then when I got to the shop, I was informed it would be an extra $100 because it was a one way trip, But they didn't even have any cars available anyway. I had already input ALL of that specific info online on my reservation AND when I called in. I had spent 2 hours online and on the phone and then that still happened. This company is just very messy, very unprofessional, poor communication between reservations and the offices, and people are not trained very well. I had a poor experience with FOUR different offices between Tyler and then in the Dallas area, if that tells you anything.

It took several days to get a response and action taken to modify the situation. But they did. And I give them total credit for doing that. All of the employees that helped me with the situation were extremely friendly, courteous and apologetic. However, some cars should not be rented out if they aren't up to non-smoker's expectations.

Following our experience with ICANN moving, I must say that I am extremely disappointed and…read morefrustrated. For anyone interested in movers, I highly suggest you AVOID this company at all costs. We agreed to hire ICANN to pack our house and move everything into storage. After speaking with the owner, Henrietta, I was told that my house would take one day to pack and less than one day to move. The packers were nice and cordial and I have no major gripe with them, except that it took two days rather than the initially suggested one and the prices were not clearly expressed at the beginning. Each day of packing cost us over $3,000.00. While this was a surprise for us, we were willing to move forward with it given the packers did well. My major issues began with the moving day. They showed up almost 2.5 hours late. The movers were NOT PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED. They said it would only take them "a few hours" and a truck load or two to move everything based on what they saw during the initial walkthrough - it ended up taking OVER 16 HOURS and three truck loads to move into a storage unit 15 minutes across town. We also had to help and load things into our own vehicle and unload in the storage unit to help the team. The movers damaged the house on their way out, broke and damaged our property, and did not properly wrap furniture (one mover even exclaimed, "f*** this, I'm not wrapping anything else!") They left trash at both properties, SMOKED CIGARETTES INSIDE, and missed several pieces which resulted in more time and trips. The DAMAGES AND DESTRUCTION to our property we were able to see (due to most of our property being wrapped or packed in storage) surpassed $2,000.00. Once the movers arrived to the storage unit with their final load at around 2:00 AM, they demanded we pay the over $3,000.00 balance in full before they could unload. We asked to speak with the owner and, over the phone, she told us she would be taking our property if we did not pay right then and there. We asked if she would call us in the morning to discuss the issues before we paid, but she refused. We needed to pay before she would discuss further. So, after paying over $10,000.00 at this point, the owner called us the next morning and said the "best she could do" was pay us back $300.00 for the damages. We asked her to reconsider given the situation and she said she would get back with us that afternoon. Two days later, after multiple messages that were essentially ignored, she finally got back to us and said there was nothing she could do because her guys "did the work." She backpedaled her original $300.00 credit and said that the job was complete, despite the multiple issues. I m highly disappointed. ICANN Moving should be avoided at all costs due to their negligence, unprofessionalism, and failure to communicate. This company damaged property, some of which is broken beyond repair, and we were not even given a simple "sorry. At the end of the day, if I am paying premium prices, I expect premium service. I will never use this company again and if anyone in my circle asks for moving company recommendations, you better believe I will tell them to not use ICANN Moving.

Movers unprepared show up four hours late no dollies or tools to put the adjustable bed back together that the first movers they sent took apart . We were assured they would be prepared and know how to put the bed back together , they were not ! When the movers went over, they wanted to charge us? It was an 8x8 small pod $584.50 for two hours studio apartment definitely stay away from this company!!!

POD sales manager in Tyler is lazy , with no mercy…read more I put in exception case for my 78 year old father to have his POD delivered was 12 miles out of the radius we originally put in for the zip code as we did not know where he was moving just yet. The account manager stated that was fine did not provide warning they may not deliver. POD picked up from CA to Tyler Texas but cannot deliver to Trinidad TEXAs literally off The highway exit. When I put in the exception case all reps said yea they will make an exception it's only 12 miles out of the radius. we called on a Saturday another rep answered and asked sales manager he didn't even care just said no not hearing the logisticks then I call back later and the rep just answered and smacked eating his food on call never greeted I call back our account manager Fredrick he stated most likely they will make an exception. Here we are 3 weeks later and the POD is being dropped off at my house to load to a and to drive to Dads and unload again such a simple drop off made complicated from sales manager at PODs in TYLER. We would not mind an extra fee if that's what it took. The sales manager didn't even consider even after all the reps agreed this was unusual this exception was not made then our account rep forwarded our calls to the center. Be ready when using POD service I don't understand their motive or customer care. It seems careless and uncouth. For such a simple process
