Helpful at the desk, many times offering suggestions which are better than my "plan", and many times more cost effective as well. It is clear that they try to accommodate ALL orders, even the small ones from individuals like me. I had a new house built.The builder purchased a trailer load of St. Augustine grass in Early November 2024 It was mostly weeds not grass. Called was told no guarantee on grass. I purchased the other 3 truck loads from another grass co. Here in Tyler. The other grass suppliers had a lot better quality of grass. read more

These are my go to material guys. They bring sod to all my jobs. That being 3 pallets or two 18 wheelers full. Worth the money and high quality sod. However, it is full in the mornings if you decide to pick up. I recommend using their fleet services! read more

Scheduled grass for delivery then the last minute tells us they cannot deliver. Took weeks to prep the area for the grass we asked them for. We didn't use anyone else because of their promise to deliver on a specific date. They only use one source for materials and their customers are subjected to a rain shower in Bay City Texas. I run a small business and having multiple sources is necessary in order to deliver the services your cliental is requesting. How after 30 years in this industry is he putting his businesses reputation on the line based on other controllable factors? I offered to discuss the benefit of multiple sources to keep his clients happy. He decided to call me and speak to me in such an unprofessional manner that NO ONE should ever deal with a company so arrogant. He decided I wasn't acceptable to do business with however I already decided he wasn't forward thinking enough to be a solution in East Texas. I will find a source other than the company subjected to a little rain shower in Bay City Texas. In fact I have found another source since this disturbing and unprofessional phone call by the owner. The arrogance is astounding and the lack of foresight is disappointing. Since his ranting & raving phone call I have found multiple solutions to his problem and mine. I wish them luck but based on other reviews they just don't get it. read more

Pros : customer service is good on the phone. Convenient travel time. Cons: the worst selection of grass I've ever seen , they allow customers to buy days old pallets of grass. Out of 5 pallets I ended up with 2 yellow pallets. I do not recommend this company if you want your project to look green and fresh. As you know, it takes a deranged person to order sod in Mid-August in East Texas. I did that today, and got perhaps the best Saint Augustine grass sod I have had in my over 8 years of living here and getting sod on multiple occasions. The grass was excellent! In fact, so good, I called All Natural again after the install and told them how thankful I was for them as a supplier and how good there product was. read more

As a multiple repeat customer that has purchased 26 pallets of grass from them, they lost my future business today(and I need another truckload). Grass was delivered but their forklift was having mechanical issues and couldn't even get it into my yard where it was to be installed. Luckily my neighbor was available with his backhoe to bail them out and get it unloaded. When I called the owner to politely discuss the situation he quickly became very arrogant and rude. I have never had a business owner talk to me that way especially after spending over $5000 with his business just on grass. Delivery driver was great and tried his best with the failing forklift but the owner's customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. read more
