In preparation for our upcoming move, I've been looking around for a place to buy a large quantity of moving boxes. Target, U-Haul, etc. And I have been really surprised how much individual boxes cost. Husband did an internet search and found this place and we realized the cost per box was really great! And they offer all the side bits too, like tape guns, and bubble wrap, and packing paper. I called around 11:30am and explained what I would need and the lady helped me with pricing and options and I placed my order. And around 2:30pm I received a call saying my delivery would arrive shortly. And about a half hour later, it was here! Even in ATL Friday afternoon traffic. And delivery was free!!!!! (I think you do need to order a certain amount for the free part) Everyone I dealt with were as nice as could be. I so highly recommend them. Tim, the owner gives a fair estimate based on what you have, and always does an immaculate job moving everything over. Worst experience ever! My furniture was damaged, boxes that were supposed to to our home were taken…read moreto storage (everything was clearly marked and color coded), they charged $3000 more than the quote and the team complained about their tip. They also charged me for the time they took to have their meal (almost 2 hours). I couldn't give them more because of the unexpected upcharge. I sent a complaint to the BBB since no one in the company would return my calls and I also submitted an insurance claim through the insurance I bought through them, and still no response. Incredibly disappointing. I will NEVER use them again.
