We had to scramble to get uhauls, friends, and family to drop everything and help over an entire weekend of sweaty moving during a pandemic. Clearly the management didn't schedule them properly. One guy was in NYC the day before and wasn't feeling well. He wanted to quarantine and was told to show up. Admiral, why is it ok to send a potentially infected person into my home? Why wouldn't you allow them to quarantine? Why didn't you do your job? Why is it ok that I had to spend several hundred dollars to cover your mistake? Why no apology? They don't even bother to post office hours on the door anymore, because they are NEVER there!! Twice now, my unit has had an "Over-lock" placed on it IN ERROR!! AGAIN, I can't get into my unit!! No one answers the phone, or returns phone calls. When they do respond by text, they lie, and say they'll come right away and take the lock off, but they don't show up!!! I have now waited nearly 2 hours and this little weasel hasn't shown up. The home office says there's nothing more they can do, and that he's not answering his phone any more. They have reached out to Giovanni, and the District Manager, Michael Hills, and asked them to call me, but i haven't heard a peep! I need to get into my unit before tomorrow when i need to leave on an emergency flight to care for my former husband, who has cancer, and they could not care less about that!!

Everything went smoothly. My only complaint is that it's VERY hard to open and close the sliding door to my storage cube. Even the moving guys had a hard time. I had to go back a few days later and found it very difficult myself, and a sign on the door said they'd return in an hour. It was 11:30am and I didn't have an hour to wait for someone to help me. Luckily after about 10 minutes of trying I was finally able to close it.
