I just returned from deployment, only to find mice droppings and mold on my baby's toys, car seat, and other belongings. I followed the proper procedures and filed a claim with the insurance company, and today, I was simply trying to follow up and ask about switching units. We had only briefly interacted over the phone to schedule an inspection of the unit, so I was surprised by how cold and dismissive her attitude was--both on the phone and in person. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just a bit of understanding for what I was dealing with. Everyone has rough days, and I get that. But I felt like I was being brushed off and treated like an inconvenience, when all I wanted was a professional conversation and a chance to be heard. Thank you for housing my belongings over the past 10 months, but I won't be continuing my service here. Based on this experience, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending this location to anyone

Boomerang actually charged *less* than what all those delivery services were asking for, and of course they did a careful, professional job, because they actually know how to move furniture. Nathan and Christian got these extra-tall bookcases down a curving flight of stairs, around tight corners in a narrow hallway, through the doorways and into their places without putting a scratch on either the bookcases or the walls. Moral of the story: Even if you just need to move a few pieces, hire professional movers -- specifically, hire Boomerang!
