I went into the Old Town Scottsdale U-Haul to take a look at the boxes in person to assess how many containers could fit in one. Tim L was the gentleman who helped me. He took me outside to show me two different U-Boxes. I had many questions, he was very patient and gave me an explanation of how it would work and even discussed how many containers should fit in the boxes. By the way, It was 106 degrees that day! He even recommended what padlocks to buy which I did purchase from Uhaul. Tim was so professional, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. The guy, Chris, insisted it was only scratched and not internally damaged and refused to pay for it.
