Just want to say huge thank you to the management team Erin and Steven. They've been super helpful and any questions I had they'd answer them promptly. Super friendly genuine customer service it has always been a delight seeing them! While renting here I have never had any issue whatsoever. I would see them doing walks through the storage facility to make sure everything was good and I'd see them cleaning up after other renters that would just leave their trash behind without a care. Definitely recommend! read more

DO NOT rent a unit at this CubeSmart. I recently moved out because my unit was burglarized TWICE. I rented for a few years and found out the hard way that security is sorely lacking. My unit was entered via the gap between the walls and ceiling. There should be chain link fencing covering those gaps to prevent entry. Also, they only have security cameras on the building exterior and none monitoring the interior. That is clearly insufficient. When filing the police report, I was suprised to find out that LVMPD is so familiar with this CubeSmart location that I barely had to give the address since they knew it due to the numerous thefts that have ocurred. Management was not helpful and I was simply instructed to follow up with my insurance. read more

They are running a bait and switch scam! When I started renting at $68/mo I was told that there might be "a modest" rate increase later in the year but that they would work with me to find a promo code to offset it. They raised my rate 50% to $104/mo and then told me they could not do anything about the increase. Additionally, one month after moving in both the Cubesmart app and the entry control box at the entry door by my unit stopped working. I paid a premium to be right by that entry door. For the last 10 months I've had to use the entry door on the opposite side of the building, almost a football field away, and haul things the entire length of the building. I was promised over and over that they were working to fix it but never fixed it. Lastly there is only one single man working in the entrance office for the entire complex. 9 out of 10 times that I went to the office to inquire about the entry problem he was not there. I recommend trying other self storage companies because these problems are Cubesmart company problems, not just a single location. read more

CubeSmart Self Storage - This entry point to my unit has not worked for over 10 months. Nearest entry is almost 100 yards away. - Self Storage Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

This place is horrible, got our unit broken into 3 times. Last time they didn't even call us to let us know. we noticed because we went to our unit and saw it got broken into again. Management doesn't care and are not helpful at all. Don't understand why they leave the doors open to get inside the units if they don't allow anyone in or out after 10. Would not recommend getting a unit here read more

Overcharged me on several occasions. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. For over a year, I had my own renter's insurance, but they charged me for their's. Do not use the location on Buffalo, they are horrible.!!! read more

Well, I've been a tenant for about three years and everything was fine the first year and a half it seems as though every six months there's a rate increase of $10 or more. This last one was $11.95 after I just had a rate increase of $10 lesless than a year ago.... also, the biggest issue for me is that they do not provide again. I repeat they do not provide dollies for their customers to move items from the car to the storage is a huge inconvenience convenience. They don't even have them for the customers to rent out and they don't care, when I asked about it, the guy didn't even say sorry that it wasn't available when I say none available, let me be clear. There are none on property that they have for customers.!! i'm moving out. I'm old. I have a bad knee. I can't be carrying boxes down long highways storage units for the last 20 years that I'm familiar with. Have always provided dollies. I'm going back to U-Haul. read more

I called this storage unit because I found cockroaches and maggots all over my stuff in my storage unit. And I wanted to see what needs to be done to remove them cause there's obviously a bug infestation . Cheyenne the store manager answered so rude and told me it's normal and they will not do anything about it! She had no care in the world does not care about clients concerns and how frustrated I am but proceeded to tell me I have a past due balance of 39$ before she can give me next steps to terminate lease but all my stuff is infected. PLEASE DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE UNLESS YOU WANT MAGGOTS AND COCKROACHES IN YOUR STUFF. read more

This storage is bullshii the management as well my storage unit was broken into from the sliding door the theives went thru the top of the door clearly allowing entry for a skinny addict to climb through and rummage and tear up all my boxes also stealing a couple of smaller items they could only get thru the opening they created at the door.. I filed a claim with the insurance they make you get on the unit only to be denied saying no forced entry clearly the insurance company they use is bullshii also the Forced entry was thru the top of the sliding door up by the roof you idiots now im at a loss because they dont have cameras in the storage units an they allow people to live in them who can break an rummage thru units at any time of the hours read more

I only used my storage unit for 4 days and this was the only place that I could find in the timeframe that I needed to move my things and I can't get a prorated amount back. Times are hard and I didn't have the money to spare but I figured I would give this company a shot but never would I rent a storage from them again. If you need a quick storage unit do not use their services. read more

What an impressive experience I just had at this CubeSmart office. I had an administrative issue, and Kris Wilson, one of the managers at this location, gracefully took care of the situation. Not only did she identify the problem in a split second, but she also jumped on the phone, waited on hold with two different calls while the matter was being straightened out. Kris did all of this with a smile while still being very professional. The customer service here is outstanding. It is all about, "No Problems-------Just Solutions." Thank's again, Kris Wilson. I appreciated your help. read more

Great prices and so helpful! I move a lot and this is by far my favorite facility I have used so far. I reserved through Square Foot so I knew I was getting the most competitive rate. I had to change my move in date multiple times and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. When I arrived to move in the price was even less than I was quoted due to a promotion. Micheal checked me in and was so friendly and professional. He showed me a few units so I was sure to be happy with my choice and even went above and beyond to help me with my move in once we were done with the paperwork. This is a very secure facility. You provide your on lock or locks if you have two you can use them both. You get a gate code that links to your storage unit so if someone opens your unit without the code a silent alarm will go off. You can also use your own renters insurance if you don't want to purchase theirs. They also play music in the halls so it's not silent and creepy like most storage facilities tend to be. I definitely recommend this location. Thanks Micheal! read more

Eileen was AMAZING!!! She helped me more than ever with getting my unit using the promotion which I didn't even know they had. I didn't feel like she was giving me any kind of sales pressure. I could tell she was genuine and did everything with a smile. Her tone and demeanor was pleasant and I am VERY big on customer service because I write reviews. She gets 10 stars from me. Best investment the company has made by hiring her. Ask for Eileen read more

I recently had to rent a moving truck and this was the best experience I've had doing so.

Switched to cube smart from another storage place a few miles away & from the start Kris & Michael are AMAZING.....super awesome & chatty everytime my son & I go in. But then theres Eileen & let's just say if I open the door from here on out & only see her I'm walking out, shes very B*itchy & RUDE. It isnt just me but my son (17) said the same & he NEVER complains about anything. **Also a bit annoyed that my unit price increased $7.20 a month at the 6 month after being told they hardly ever do increases, as that was my biggest complaint from the last storage facility, as the unit increased $91 over a 3 year time frame. But I do know it isnt the location doing increases its corporate. read more

Do not rent here. I had things stolen from my truck when I moved into my unit in January. My Unit just got broken into a week ago. Cubesmart's response was call the insurance and It sucks to be you. Nothing more. No free lock to replace the one that was cut off or maybe a months rent. Nada. Zip. Zero. Carts rarely available . Poor lighting. One cameras. This should not be a reflection on the staff that works there. It is Cubesmart being unwilling to spend money to proved adequate security. No one is there on Sunday at all. Save yourself the heartbreak and aggravation and go elsewhere. read more

Were not wearing masks as mandated. Not cool. This is why we have higher numbers of covid.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.. I stored my vehicle in cover parking for a year. I had a tarp on the vehicle and asked they call text or email me if the winds we have here blew tarp off.. NEVER a call as I would stop there once every two weeks and the tarp was blown off.. they sit the office and never walk the property. Lazy ingnorat staff.. I moved my vehicle to another facility. read more

Want abuse and disrespect, come to CubeSmart. I own a 38' Motorhome, pay my rent, follow the rules only to come home to a letter saying I must vacate in three weeks. Unreal. Too bad I autopay cuz of course the letter comes after the thieves take another month rent. Dishonest and not considerate of customers- hell yeah. Not even let me accommodate you here at another one of our locations- why have multiple sites- to cheat more people. The State Attorney General will get my next letter. Spent the night looking for options so now need to pay tomorrow to lease a spot cuz nobody holds reservations. Never again CubeSmart! Rent at your own risk cuz a contract is not a contract with these crooks. read more

Good prices, Cris was VERY friendly and helpful, and the premises seem to be safe and efficient. The elevator was out of order for a few days but now it is fixed. I wish they had even longer opening hours but on the other hand I suppose that could make it less safe? read more

This company seems to specialize in unfair trade practice, by price gouging its long term renters. I have rented a unit at this location for over 14 years, and today I find out I have been paying over $100 monthly the last 6 months for my unit than the advertised rental price on their website. The facility manger says she can do noting about it and I need to talk to corporate, have left message have not heard back. CubeSmart increases rent on units regularly, usually every 6 months, with a notice by mail. I am filing a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General and Nevada Consumer Affairs. read more
