I can use the hallway outside of my unit to setup a table and organize my things, as I've never ever seen anyone anywhere near my actual unit itself. Although they've had some challenges with all the construction on 6th ave south, I suppose it could have been worse! I don't appreciate the raising of rates constantly without any added services, but I guess this is probably standard. I have no idea what my gate code is, but when I look at the keypad, I know where to put my fingers to make the right code.
