It never dawned on me to write a review on this place, but now I must. I have had my storage unit…read morewith Atlantis for I believe a little over 5 years now. Not only our their prices great, but my unit is gigantic and I was able to fit my entire apartment in there. Most other places that I shopped around for were double the price for what I am paying here for the same size unit and the ceiling was not high. This unit goes all the way to the top. Now for the staff, they are the very nice and accommodating. I lost my debt card once, which is what I had set up for auto debit, I called to let them know and they were nice enough to wait an extra week for me to receive my new card in order to make the payment. That was so appreciated. The place isn't anything fancy, but I don't really need for it to look pretty I just need a space to make sure my stuff fits. They off I believe storage for boats also and of course air conditioned or Non-air conditioned units. Now live in Miami, but I won't leave my unit up there :).

She went above and beyond what I'd expect from any storage unit. I cannot express enough how her kind demenour and hospitality really touched me. She single handedly made my entire month better knowing I have a trustworthy place to keep my things. I've come back again a few times since and it really feels like family. Such a kind person. I originally thought I'd get this storage unit for a short period but I feel like it's so convienent and everyone's so helpful I don't wanna get rid of it. Gonna set up some nice shelving and just keep it as an extra space for my excess stuff. Not to mention I called EVERY storage unit around here and Extra Space was a solid 10% cheaper. So on price alone it would be a huge win. As with any rational human being, I am concerned about where I leave my belongings. First and foremost, I want to make sure that the items are SECURE. (crazy?) When I called to get more information and potentially make a reservation, the first thing I asked was: "what sort of security do you have at the facility?" (something to that effect). The gentleman who answered seemed VERY taken aback. Like shocked. Offended. In fact, he told me and I quote, "no one has ever asked about that before". What?!? People don't ask what sort of security one has at a facility whose only purpose is to safely secure one's possessions? I asked him "how long have you worked at this place?". He said "five years". FIVE YEARS and I am the ONLY person to have asked this question (which he didn't want to answer btw). Does that sound true to you? To anyone? No. It sounds insane. So hey! OWNER. Send me a DM. I am extremely picky so I did my research and read the reviews on all surrounding storage facilities within a 10 mile radius of Lake Worth. After visiting multiple facilities and pricing out the differences I can assure you that CubeSmart was the best option. Every facility offered an online deal. However, CubeSmart seemed to be the only facility that honored that initial deal price for a month to month rental. A lot of other places only guaranteed their promotional price for the first month or two. When I spoke to a rep at Extra Space Storage, not only were they rude, but they told me their prices vary from month to month depending on demand and they would not commit a specific price to me for my storage rent. I don't know about you, but I think it makes more sense (and I prefer) to have consistent monthly payments. What completely sealed the deal for me though was the general manager, Marco. I came at him with a lot of questions and he answered each confidently without hesitation. I told him how the last time I rented a storage unit (in another state) I inevitably found a dead rat in one of my boxes and that was a major concern for me here. He reassured me that would not happen here and told me about the steps they take on a weekly and monthly basis to maintain the property and keep bugs and rodents away. Not only that, but he then showed me that he also has multiple storage lockers himself in the facility and would not put his own belongings in there if there was any risk of bugs or rodents. Marco went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in his facility. He even took time to meet me on his day off to help me set up my storage locker and offered to help with any items. Even when he's not at the facility he is still reachable and very responsive. He's a respectable man and seemed willing to do anything he could to make this experience as great and easy and he possibly could.
