The biggest issue I had was the lack of communication from Montway to the dispatched carriers. My carrier was changed three times, which is fine and didn't bother me, but Montway did not effectively communicate these changes to all the carriers. I ended up getting calls from several different drivers on the day of pick up so it was very unclear who would actually be picking up my car. Overall, my experience was fine and the goal was achieved, but it could've been better.

Even though we only had a mattress and one small sewing table to move from the down stairs they still insisted on padding the stair banisters and spreading out runners. Got the stuff in the truck with four guys and we were ready to roll. At the apartment they even put down runners in the public areas leading to the apartment. His team were super professional and very nice. They got everything set up perfectly and the whole process took 3 hours. Best of all when the team leader called Quinn to get the final bill it was several hundred less than the quote. This guy is an honest man!
