The lights that turn on from above as customers walk is such a blessing, not having to lug a mag light in addition to storage stuff. The measurements are accurate. This helps, because I have rented storage space based on quoted measurements, finding myself needing to rent another unit, much to my consternation. Just to be on the safe side, double check, but I have enough room for my intended purpose. We used Extra Storage in Round Lake Beach, IL, a few years back. It was OK. But the Pleasant Prairie location could give a couple lessons to RLB, particularly on cleanliness and staffing. I will say, another CORPORATE feature of Extra Space is that, after a few months, literally three months, the rates go up. If you want to use the Pleasant Prairie, have an idea when you'll be out of your space, and have the money, PAY MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Wes will be happy to do that in the office once your account is established. Summary: Fabulous accommodation for storage, first-class all the way. Corporate network services aren't the best, and rates rise after three months. Clearly, this is NOT the franchisee's fault!!!!!

In that time, I never had a problem, never had any concerns about the security of my stuff, and the staff was there just a phone call away. The only thing I would say to them to improve is to be open 1/2 hour later. They normally close at 5:00, which is the same time I get off work. But otherwise, I totally recommend this business!
