They initially seemed great- the company they used for cleaning was quick & responsive. However, once we began dealing with the "construction" contact "Jenny", everything went downhill. State Farm was ready to pay for the remaining work to be done, but Jenny from Servpro couldn't schedule appointments with contractors for the remaining work. After almost a month, & calling multiple times in a day, she called back & said she had no contractors available any time soon for the remaining work & we should just go ahead & find our own contractor. Now here we are over a month of trying to get stuff done, only to have to start over again on our own. Their customer service was terrible, & they didn't seem to care at all.
