1 Star -- Absolutely Awful Experience. Stay Away!…read more If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My experience with Budget Dumpster was absolutely awful from start to finish. This company will nickel-and-dime you every chance they get. Apparently, their definition of "level" means "under," and they'll find any excuse to charge you more money. To make matters worse, additional terms and charges were included in my contract that I never agreed to. But here's where it gets even more ridiculous. It DOWNPOURED for three days straight while I had the dumpster. Naturally, rainwater collected inside, and everything I had thrown away became completely soaked. Obviously, wet materials weigh significantly more than dry ones. Not only did they delay picking up the dumpster because of the rain, but then they had the audacity to charge me for the additional weight caused by the rainwater and soaking-wet contents! So apparently, I'm supposed to control the weather now, too? They couldn't pick up the dumpster because of the rain, but somehow I'm financially responsible for the rainwater sitting in THEIR dumpster? Absolutely ridiculous. And don't even get me started on customer service. Absolutely TRASH. No accountability, no follow-through, no communication, and certainly no concern for their customers. They don't follow up, they don't resolve issues, and they make it painfully obvious that once they have your money, they couldn't care less. The entire experience felt like a complete scam. Between the misleading information, unexpected charges, questionable contract practices, and nonexistent customer service, I genuinely cannot understand how this company continues to operate this way. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Save yourself the money, frustration, and headache. This company seems far more interested in finding ways to charge customers extra than providing an honest, reliable service. ZERO STARS. NEVER AGAIN.
