I have used this U-Haul location many times over the summer as part of our moving needs and have…read morehad a wonderful experience but...NOT this time, nope suckage all the way...First off my online order was mysteriously sent to another location near the airport and for someone who is no where near the airport this is a strange occurrence...I was told some BS story about how someone turned in the van I ordered and was sent to the airport U-Haul or some crazy sh*t...Next they gave me a 10 foot truck/van for my needs of picking up a lawn mower, a 8 foot ladder and a table saw...A 10 foot van/truck?...Seriously...Then they charged me an additional $14 for insurance if I got in a collision, which would have cost me $10 for the van I ordered on-line...Next...I put $8.00 in gas from our one trip to our new home and back to the U-Haul which is about 25 miles round trip and they said I was under the gas gauge by some small number and want to charge me $19.00 to top off the tank, I then went and spent $12 more dollars to "top" off the tank for a total of $20 to drive 25 miles round trip...Wow what a rip off...Then the guy who looked over our van/truck was very rude as well as the counter person...The women who I have dealt with in the past was very nice and very professional, but these two, well not so much...Next I stood outside of the van while the guy did some sort of checking of the van...NEVER said a word to me, not "we're all set" or " or even a Thank you"...This whole experience cost me over $70 dollars for 25 miles...Also just and FYI folks...While standing inside the two people behind the counter were talking about a customer who locked the key's inside the vehicle when returning it to the location and was told they needed to cut a new key to get in and that my friends costs this guy a $300 dollar credit card payment, $300 dollars can you imagine?...The next time I need a moving vehicle it won't be this place, no sir it sure won't...
