The building is beautiful and old with lots of history. There were some neat old features that you don't see much anymore, and all in pristine condition. The unit was half the price of others I had researched. I had been told by other people that storage units are dirty places with pests and that my daughter needed to pack everything in plastic bins. NOT TRUE. The Storage Loft is clean and all of her items were exactly like we left them, all packed in storage bags.

When I tried contacting the business to let them know I was moving my things out it took 3 emails, as they wanted it in writing, and almost 2 weeks before I heard from them. I have tried calling to let them know I no longer needed the storage unit but never received a call back. Don't try to leave a review on their website. They only post the positive reviews.
