This last week I had the fortune of getting a newer sectional couch from my neighbor. However, I am up in the years and no equipment to move it down one driveway and up another. I reached out to John, the owner, who still had my number saved and explained my small need but in a big way needed assistance. John was able to give me a fair price and time frame under 72 hours to complete our needs. His crew of Shawn, Brad and Kayden were energetic and happy to help. I would definitely recomment Personal Touch Movers, John and crew to anyone.

We are missing a lot of important things. This was a 10 mile move, not long distance. We tried to…read morecommunicate with John, the owner, but all he would say was that he has been in business for 34 years! I guess he thinks that makes him above making a mistake. Then his wife came to get paid and she was hostile and demanding. I told her we needed to discuss the fact that we had items missing and she pointed to 2 tall boxes and rudely said "you aren't unpacked" I replied that we had opened the boxes and replaced the items in the boxes and the silverware was not in either box. She demanded payment, I handed her the check and she stormed off shouting for us to never contact them and that she HOPED MY DOG GOT SICK! They packed the rooms that have items missing, a huge set of good silver, a credit card that was just received and still in the envelope with things in our desk, a big three ring binder type check book as well as other contents in the desk. My tote bag that contained personal items, think purse, is also missing. Why would they even think I would want them to move that? When I mentioned it to the wife her rely was "if it was in the office and they were packing the office they had a right to move it." We had other issues with them, they used an excessive amount of paper, which made more boxes and then charged more than the contract. When I say excessive I mean 20 to 30 sheets of paper in the bottom of the box, 6 full size sheets per light bulb, multiple sheets on Tupperware, and 20 to 40 sheets on top of the items in each box. Every box items were wrapped in excess. The other issue is they did not put down runners the day they packed and my light colored carpet is filthy, it did not have black streaks on the edges of the steps and the back of each step where their feet hit it, overall the carpet is very dirty and it was not before they packed. They packed on Sept.15 and moved us the next day. All boxes have been opened and these items are not here. They will not return our calls or text. When all a man can say in response to our concerns is that he has been in business for 34 years I think he has more ego than knowledge. At least respond to your client who trusted you with their possessions.

The owner personally spends a great deal of time cleaning the carpeting, and the results are outstanding. He was here a week ago, and our carpeting still looks almost brand new. His work is thorough, professional, and never rushed. Their pricing is very reasonable, they are always punctual, and the quality of service is consistently excellent. His wife handles scheduling, payments, and customer communication, and she is always cheerful, upbeat, and a pleasure to work with. We have been so impressed with their service that we decided to enroll in a four-month maintenance rotation to keep our carpeting fresh and clean year-round. If you are looking for a reliable, professional carpet cleaning company that truly cares about the quality of its work, I highly recommend them.

We stored our travel trailer here over the winter and were very pleased to have found this place…read more It has great security gate and is situated a good distance back from 32 mile road. The lot is crushed concrete but is well taken care of in the terms of the land being very level. Hardly any low spots and a good drainage from what we could notice. Our trailer looked as good bringing it home 2 weeks ago, as it did when we said goodbye for the winter. They have a dumping station and water so that we could blow out trailer before bring it home- how convenient is that. The automatic sliding security gate requires you to punch in your code to enter and to exit the premises. The price is the best in town, of the 7 places we called. My husband and I feel very confident with this storage company.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm making an exception because I hope this helps someone who's on the fence or nervous about choosing a company. As a homeowner, it can be intimidating hiring a contractor with all the horror stories you hear. I'm so glad we chose Pristine, and they absolutely earned this review. Even before we decided to hire them, they were incredibly helpful. While we were still considering purchasing the home, Pristine came out to inspect the property, explained what mold remediation would likely be needed, and provided us with an estimate. Their honesty and willingness to help gave us confidence in moving forward with both the home purchase and choosing them for the job. During the remediation process, their team discovered that our furnace was leaking. Rather than simply continuing with the work, they took the time to document everything with detailed photos and videos so I could share them with the furnace company. They also recommended waiting to complete the final portion of the remediation until the leak was repaired, which showed they genuinely cared about doing the job correctly instead of just finishing as quickly as possible. The technicians who came to our home were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Sharon in the office was also fantastic she was responsive, patient, and a pleasure to work with. From beginning to end, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism, honesty, communication, and customer service made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier. If you're looking for a company you can trust to do the job right, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pristine Clean & Restoration.
