Cubby's is always great! They're one of the most consistent franchises I've had the pleasure to eat at. The ingredients feel fresh, the service is always friendly and helpful, and it's a cute atmosphere. I'd highly recommend the tri-tip steak sandwich and the rosemary fries, and wash it down with a delicious Mocha Loca shake. My only feedback to the restaurant (and please be aware of this when ordering) is despite online ordering or over the phone for pickup, your food is rarely ready when they say it is. It's not uncommon for me to show up on the 20-30 minute window they give me, only to have to wait another 10-15 minutes. It's always hot and fresh, so it's generally worth the wait. read more

One of my favorite places to eat! Love the cluckadoodle doo chicken sandwich! Also the tri-tip sandwich is great, you can get it sweet or spicy and both are so good. The sweet potato fries are always perfection. I also really like the buffalo fries with the sauce on the side. The cream filled cookies - whoopie pies are so yummy, I never have room for it after I eat but I get one to take home and have it later. So good!! I have never had something I didn't like here. It is a little more pricey but always delicious. read more

We've tried Cubby's four times over the last few years but haven't found anything we like except the sweet potato fries. The burgers are overcooked (soft buns). Kombucha is delicious, but that's in a bottle from somewhere else... to open it, you have to grab the opener off the top of the dusty, greasy fridge. Gross. There were more little kids than adults, probably because of the plethora of kids meal options. Seats are hard and flat, garbage was full, and taking turns for the bathroom takes forever with all the littles needing their hands washed. We want to like it here, but it's just not our jam, I guess. In the area, I'd rather get a burger at Smashburger, Chedda Burger, or the Carl's Jr. lettuce wrapped. And instead of a burger, Pizza Studio is way better than the other fast pizza joints. read more

Cubby's - Houdini Burger - overcooked patty, but soft bun and nicely placed tasty greens. Meh. Sweet potato fries - crispy outer, soft inner. - New American Near Me - Lehi, Utah

Expensive. Not enough food to fill tummy. Appropriate for lunch/brunch dates or buizz talks. Impressive taste. read more

I just don't get this place I guess. I've been here 3 times now, tried the sandwich first and wasn't impressed. So boring and way overpriced. Then I tried the salads, not bad but just nothing there to go out of my way over. But many friends love this place so I came back again. I was told the burger is the best thing on the menu so tried that this time: Overcooked patty (no juiciness at all), other ingredients overpowered the meat flavor, but the bun was nice. I thought the sweet potato fries were pretty good though. Overall, it's not a bad place, has some fresh ingredients but it's also super loud inside, you never feel like you have any privacy while you eat, and the prices are too high for what you get. read more

I've been here a couple times and I just don't understand the fascination with it. I just think it's ok. Recently I got the Tri tip sandwich and again thought it was ok. I probably wouldn't order it again. I got it with the sweet bbq which was good. I just still felt like it was missing something. I have heard great things about the breakfast so I might try that in the future. read more

Went back and thankfully the service was much better. They were so nice to help me since I was there with my 17 month old all by myself. The food was okay. Mac and cheese was a hit. I ordered a Houdini and the flavors were great but unfortunately the patty was super dry. And I got the rosemary fries which were so salty. Better experience service wise, OK from a food standpoint. read more

We went to the Lehi, Utah outlet. We ordered a Houdini single; Dragon Slayer single; Jal Ranch Quesadilla and 2 Rosemary fries. For the burgers I gave two stars because nothing to brag about and the taste was ordinary. The fries one star because we're not crunchy. The service was good. The ambiance of the store was clean and presentable. read more

If you've ever thought could cubby's possibly get better.. I have one thing to say STREET TACOS!! I ordered both the tri-tip and chicken and WOW WOW WOW! They were so so good! I recommend getting the avocado cream instead of chipotle. I felt like the avocado cream brought out more flavor really making them so tasty!! They are filling, the meat is tender, they did all the right things to make some amazing tacos! Everyone should give them a try!! read more

So Much Food! And it is delicious. I'm a fan of taking my time with my Burger and Fries, eating with a fork and knife!

Food here is good. But it felt our order was almost forgotten and it took an exponential amount of time to get our food, even though it wasn't super busy. Pretty frustrating. Good food though. read more

I usually enjoy cubbies a lot but THIS LOCATION is always bad! I live close and go all the time but every time they mess up my order. Yesterday yet again they messed up my salad. I asked for no scallions and they gave me lots. The Tri tip salad got smaller and only had a few pieces of meat and cheese and toppings on it. I can't believe I paid $10 for this. Even worse is the next morning I had the worst food poisoning in my life. I was puking every five minutes for two hours with severe sweating and headache and fatigue. My husband and daughter had a burger and thankfully didn't get sick. The service and the food here are horrible every time I go. read more

Ordered the lemon chicken salad probably the worst salad I've ever ate. I would rather eat a salad from a bag in the grocery stores. My salad had 6 cherry tomatoes, 3 croutons, and barely any cheese. Waste of money read more

Cubby's is a must stop spot when you are anywhere in Utah county. They have the best food and its fresh and healthy. I usually get the buffalo chicken salad and it just melts in my mouth. I have also had the trip tip steak salad and its just as yummy and that my husbands go to. The store is clean but its a very casual place so its a nice lunch or brunch spot. Dress is casual and the staff is very nice. read more

Ok, so you're hungry and there's just no way you can stand another burger from the Golden Arches, so we decided to try Cubby's out. My first impression is that it's one of these new, quasi-gourmet burger places. When I looked at the menu and noticed they build burgers only from grass fed, local beef, I knew there wouldn't be a value meal available. The Food tastes good. I enjoy the selection of fries and of course the three available choices of fry sauce! This location was busy with lots of small kids and young adults running around and hanging out, talking. It's nice that they give you a number and they deliver your order to your table. For me, I tried the tri-tip sandwich to give myself a break from having another burger. It was a good choice. Tastes great. You should try this place out and let me know what you think? read more

The food and service is good. It's fancy/health food served fast food style so although the food was good expect to pay a pretty penny.

So disappointed. I used to go to cubby's several time a month and loved the Houdini. The last 2 times it has been terrible. Today my burger was about 1/4 inch thick and overcooked and dry. The bacon was so tough I could hardly bite through it. The only flavor it had was stronger than normal cheese. read more

Meh. Don't believe the hype! I've eaten at Cubby's before and I remember it being so much better. I ordered a wild rice and kale salad, and requested they remove the dried cranberries. They didn't. I'm sure it's just in a big tub all pre-made. The salad was ok and tasted fresh, but not really priced reasonably. $13 for a large salad? My daughter ordered the Gypsy burger. It looked really good. She doesn't like barbecue sauce so it wasn't her favorite. Also, the seating area is super chilly. We were so uncomfortable because we were freezing while eating. Yikes! This place is fairly tasty and healthy. If you're into keto, dairy-free, gluten-free, or a plant-based diet, this place will do the trick, but might freeze and you'll definitely spend. read more

I had a fun lunch date with my sister, and boy did we hit the jackpot! She ordered the ever-so-famous Tri Tip Steak Sandwich with a side of Rosemary Peppered French Fries. I got the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad (exchanged the mustard vinaigrette for the raspberry one--I've never been a dijon lover) and a side of Sweet Potato Fries. Let me tell you, straight up delish, all of it. The Tri Tip Sandwich, like I said, is what Cubby's is known for. And although it was fabulous, I also wished I would have gotten the Cockadoodledoo chicken sandwich, I hear that one is even better. So, pick your poison (it's really not poisoned, it's delightful), and if you decide to get both chicken and steak, that's fine with me too. The Sweet Potato Fries were killer. The reason I liked it so much was that they actually gave me a nice handful--as opposed to other restaurants and their stingy selves. The Rosemary Fries were different, I enjoyed them with a side of sweet BBQ fry sauce, I know it sounds weird, but just trust me on that one. The man sitting next to our table was eating the Buffalo Fries, and those looked incredible too. It took all of me not to just reach across and help him finish his basket. It was crowded, LOTS of people waiting for tables. Luckily, we were able to get a table right away, as there was only two of us, but just beware. Maybe send a runner to scout out possible seating arrangements while you order their food. I did love the atmosphere, a fun and upbeat restaurant with some fun and upbeat waiters! TIPS & TRICKS: * Reservations can be made, but only if you are with a group of 5 or more. * Chipotle fry sauce and good old fashioned Regular fry sauce (where I'm from though, we call it pink sauce ;) * The BUMmer part--there are only 2 restrooms in the whole restaurant. (Did you like my pun?) It doesn't help that it's always packed and people can't seem to hold their bladder, just go somewhere else unless you really feel like waiting 10 minutes. read more

This location is so frustrating. 3 weeks ago I did take out and they said it be ready in 10 minutes. It was ready in 40 even though there were a total of 5 customers in the restaurant. Then they forgot the tri-tip on my tri-tip salad and gave me stale cold fries. I had to go back and get the meat. The same thing happened to me over thanksgiving. Forgot the meat on my chicken salad and took way long to bring the food out for pick up. And now I just did door dash and they forgot all the sauces and I ordered rosemary fries and they gave me regular. Ugh I'm just frustrated over the quality of service because I really love the food! Just gotta drive to American fork location, I guess. Ps my son says thank you for the 4 grapes. read more

A hidden gem is the steak salad. The greens are fresh. The dressing is a perfect pairing with the steak. Has a hint of sweet with the dried cherries. This is my favorite dish to get. It is light, yet hearty. read more

Rosemary fries and Italian beef sandwich are my go to. Cool modern interior with great service.

Le Squish always and forever! Buttery, juicy, flavorful. They have a great Tri Tip Salad as well. I also recommend their Sweet Potato Fries over the rosemary ones but that could probably be because I'm not a personal fan of rosemary fries and the thickness of the Sweet Potato Fries is better. read more

I love the chicken and wild rice kale salad! Fast, friendly service!! I also love the sweet potato fries. This location is my new fav!

I love Cubbys, it's one of my favorite places to go eat with my family, there are so many different options for everyone. My personal favorites are the triple houdini, bender bowl, chicken poblano soup, and definitely the hucklelala shake! I also really love the funfetti whoopie when it's in season I eat here at least once a week it is so worth the money read more

Loved Cubby's for years and still do, it's just hard to choke down the cost when there's so much more value out there for what you're paying. Use to love their breakfast items but they didn't have enough business I guess since they stopped that after a few months. If they could make combo meals or at a minimum keep their prices down I'd go a lot more often. Great food, weird portions and high price. Can eat at a restaurant for less. read more

Quick meal at Cubby's - I'm a huge fan of their salads and got the Tri Tip Salad again but love the Lemon Chicken Parmesan and Mixed Berry too. My husband got the Mr. Beef and the Buffalo Bleu Cheese fries. He spends a lot of time in Chicago and it wasn't what he is used to but it's good for Utah. Main reason for a low rating is the service. The kid who took our order was unbelievably rude. He made it very clear we were inconveniencing him by being there. While my husband was getting a drink a different employee literally walked right in front of him and started getting herself a drink!! We couldn't believe it!! read more

The food is 6/10. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I'm sitting here right now. I was the second one in line when I got here and I've been waiting on my food for 35 min to get my food. Still nothing. Not even a "sorry your order will be right out". Don't recommend. read more

Disappointing. The portions are smaller, the quality of the ingredients has gone downhill, especially the hamburger buns. So sad!

This food never disappoints Cubby's feels like the best of both worlds. Healthy or if you want some a little less healthy but still good quality. This is the place you need to go, me and my husband always keep coming back for more. And if ever have the change to eat the breakfast I cannot say it enough get the breakfast burrito. This burrito is the absolutely best breakfast burrito I have even had, please believe me when I tell you will not find a better breakfast burrito or anything that will compare. You can tell I am very passionate about this burrito and I know you will too as soon as you try it! Forgot to say it is only available on Saturday read more

The cashier was very thoughtful when we wanted to order a salad without protein as the protein options weren't appealing to someone on a vegetarian diet, and tried their best to accommodate us, but the manager came over and made things more complicated than necessary. When removing protein entirely from a salad It doesn't decrease the price. Then if you wanted to add an egg (not part of the protein options), they could do It but It would cost more. In the end, we end up paying more for less and It makes no sense considering we come here often. Kind of ridiculous that they weren't willing to adjust the price for us.. Not great service. read more

This place was packed when we came for lunch. We had to walk around and around to get a table. We almost ended up sitting 3 people at a two top, but then found a better table. The grilled cheese sandwich was yummy and you get a ton of fries with your order. We shared a batch because there is too many for one person. I liked the options for dipping the fries. I'd like to come back a try a couple other options to see what I like best. read more

I appreciate the feedback from the owner of Cubby's .. I didn't write my review in order to get a free meal . It's not easy being in business during this time .. but what I saw that evening needed to be addressed .. the owner took my comments in the correct spirit .. more employee training .. especially manager training .. I like doing business with pro active owners .. thank u ! I will come back ( food is good enough for that) I hope owner can change the culture .. read more

Cubby's - All garbage full full . Terrible terrible service .. - New American Near Me - Lehi, Utah

Stopped in here after spending the morning with the kids at the children's museum. There was a little bit of a rush at lunch time, but it died down pretty quick. Saw several of the moms from the museum. I ordered the black bean burger, with a side of rosemary fries. The burger was really good! Had avocado, cheese, jalapenos, some kind of sauce... pretty messy, but what good burger isn't? I dipped the fries in their fry sauce. They are just as good even without the sauce though. Just the right amount of rosemary seasoning. Tried the chipotle fry sauce as well. Smokey, with a little kick at the end. My three year old got the kids t-rex, no bacon. The kids meal comes with fries, a side of fruit, and a drink. Pretty good stuff! Organic, grass fed beef, local food. A little pricey, but it's to be expected. The wait time to get the food was a little long. We had 6 restless kids with us, so that was pretty much the only downside. read more

Cubby's is always a fan favorite. We are obsessed with the tri-tip steak sandwich. Sweet or spicy, small or big dog you cannot go wrong. We also love the rosemary fries.
