Just simple Cuban bread and con leche - best way to start the day

Best spot to fuel up before Chicago Grit racing - simple delicious menu, clean and comfortable venue, and of course the best savory Cuban flavors - can't stay less than a couple of hours

This Cubano Bros just recently opened here, and people in the Roselle area are in for a treat. This location is in the north strip mall next to the Roselle train station. They also have another location in Elk Grove that I have been going to for years. This new store is open on Sundays, which is another plus. I'm happy to say that my favorite breakfast sandwich with ham was absolutely delicious. Three brothers started this business together and take great pride in their food. Their bread is absolutely amazing - baked fresh every morning from an old family recipe. They have a full line of delicious sandwiches including their famous Cubano sandwich, in addition to bowls, meals sides and wonderful coffee. The pastries are also to die for - delicate and delicious. You can order on-line, phone ahead, or just come in and receive quick, friendly service and ample seating. I highly recommend Cubano Bros! Quality food at reasonable prices.

After my wife and I watched "The Chef" movie, we had to find an authentic Cuban restaurant! We found Cubano Brothers 11 miles away and it was So worth the drive. The Cubano sandwich was authentic and the chef was from Cuba! The ambiance had the music and a beautiful mural on the walls of Cuba! The food as amazing and the employees are very nice. We Highly recommend.

So happy to see this location open up near my house!! I got the cubano from here yesterday and it was amazing!! The bread was fresh with a slight crisp to it. I also liked how all ingredients were evenly distributed throughout the sandwich which prevented one ingredient from overpowering the sandwich. It was a good portion at a reasonable price. The cashier was friendly and professional. The wait time wasn't too long and it seemed my meal was made to order. The interior was nicely decorated.

The place is a quaint spot with a big picture of Havana to help you feel you're in Cuba. The guy taking our order was very friendly and welcoming! Definitely felt the hospitality! Now to the star of the show, the food! We ordered a grilled chicken bowl, ropa vieja sandwich, side of tostones, plantains, and bread with butter and they all tasted so authentic and extremely delicious! Highly recommend coming if you've never had Cuban food... it tastes homemade! Pictured is the chicken bowl and unfortunately didn't take pics of al other foods in time before we finished it. I will say the food was VERY FRESH. Even their meat patty (pastelito de carne) was warm and fresh! DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING AGAIN!

We finally made it out to the new location--just 10 minutes closer to home than the Elk Grove Village spot--and we're so happy to say everything still tastes just as amazing! We ordered the steak bowl and chicken bowl (with enough leftovers to take home), and of course, we couldn't leave without a cortadito and café con leche. Totally worth the mini trip. We love supporting family-owned spots like this one--places where the food is made with con carino and the flavors feel like home. Just like with the Elk Grove location, we'll absolutely be back again and again!

Best breakfast sandwich in the United States. Get the lechon or the croquette, can't go wrong with anything in their menu.

Discovered this delightful little gem randomly when my wife looked through the weekly ad packets…read morethat get delivered and she normally tosses out. Not gonna lie, Australians have meat pies as a common food, and I'm not sure why the hell it's not caught on more in the US. Meat+ pastry +small size = amazing. They've a nice big selection of meat pies and rolls, prices were surprisingly reasonable, and their pastries won me over quite easily. (Cinnamon rolls and scones!). I was surprised my kids liked the pies and rolls too. My son's pretty picky (ugh), but he asked for a 2nd sausage roll which was nice to see. Didn't finish it, but even liking it enough to ask for another and eat half is like Xmas come early for us. Flavors and textures are great! Just watch burning your tongue... which I did twice in our visit. Worth it though. Wanted to make sure I post up here since it's a local place opened recently and need it to stick around for a good long time. Only other place to get meat pies is downtown chicago which is annoying to get to.

The owner was such a lovely woman, with a beautiful smile that would go around the world. Wait, wait wait! The best part is how dog-friendly they are! They have some fresh water and little mini Milk-Bones out for the pups. So next time, perhaps we will pack up our family of 5 (husband, wife, Bailey the dog, and Mashi and Jimin Jin the cats on harnesses) and all head here. Sadly, no vegan options, but any vegetarian or omnivore will do well here. Tip: order their hedgehog with walnuts! My husband thinks they are sublime.

We ordered mild because my husband doesn't like things too spicy (I love spicy foods) it came with a sauce we picked the buffalo sauce. When we got our order the tenders were definitely not mild.... Probably medium. They also gave us the 24k sauce so we had to exchange it for the buffalo sauce. Everything was great but the app automatically adds a tip... I only caught it because the total went from $14.99 to $19.99 and when I checked there was a $2 tip. So I removed it. They don't even bring your food to the table. The first is the chicken sandwiches were both inedible because the chicken breast pieces were hard and undercooked. We ended up replacing the the tenders in the sandwiches and throwing out the chicken. Second the Mac and cheese tasted great a few weeks ago but today the sauce / flavor to macaroni ratio was way too high making the Mac and cheese also inedible. They really need quality control to prevent jn the future. I would have rated 1 star but I know they can do better so hoping they use this review to improve their chicken sandwiches and Mac and cheese. Will be getting only the tenders in the future.
