This Cubano Bros just recently opened here, and people in the Roselle area are in for a treat. This location is in the north strip mall next to the Roselle train station. They also have another location in Elk Grove that I have been going to for years. This new store is open on Sundays, which is another plus. I'm happy to say that my favorite breakfast sandwich with ham was absolutely delicious. Three brothers started this business together and take great pride in their food. Their bread is absolutely amazing - baked fresh every morning from an old family recipe. They have a full line of delicious sandwiches including their famous Cubano sandwich, in addition to bowls, meals sides and wonderful coffee. The pastries are also to die for - delicate and delicious. You can order on-line, phone ahead, or just come in and receive quick, friendly service and ample seating. I highly recommend Cubano Bros! Quality food at reasonable prices.

Just simple Cuban bread and con leche - best way to start the day

Best spot to fuel up before Chicago Grit racing - simple delicious menu, clean and comfortable venue, and of course the best savory Cuban flavors - can't stay less than a couple of hours

So happy to see this location open up near my house!! I got the cubano from here yesterday and it was amazing!! The bread was fresh with a slight crisp to it. I also liked how all ingredients were evenly distributed throughout the sandwich which prevented one ingredient from overpowering the sandwich. It was a good portion at a reasonable price. The cashier was friendly and professional. The wait time wasn't too long and it seemed my meal was made to order. The interior was nicely decorated.

After my wife and I watched "The Chef" movie, we had to find an authentic Cuban restaurant! We found Cubano Brothers 11 miles away and it was So worth the drive. The Cubano sandwich was authentic and the chef was from Cuba! The ambiance had the music and a beautiful mural on the walls of Cuba! The food as amazing and the employees are very nice. We Highly recommend.

The place is a quaint spot with a big picture of Havana to help you feel you're in Cuba. The guy taking our order was very friendly and welcoming! Definitely felt the hospitality! Now to the star of the show, the food! We ordered a grilled chicken bowl, ropa vieja sandwich, side of tostones, plantains, and bread with butter and they all tasted so authentic and extremely delicious! Highly recommend coming if you've never had Cuban food... it tastes homemade! Pictured is the chicken bowl and unfortunately didn't take pics of al other foods in time before we finished it. I will say the food was VERY FRESH. Even their meat patty (pastelito de carne) was warm and fresh! DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING AGAIN!

We finally made it out to the new location--just 10 minutes closer to home than the Elk Grove Village spot--and we're so happy to say everything still tastes just as amazing! We ordered the steak bowl and chicken bowl (with enough leftovers to take home), and of course, we couldn't leave without a cortadito and café con leche. Totally worth the mini trip. We love supporting family-owned spots like this one--places where the food is made with con carino and the flavors feel like home. Just like with the Elk Grove location, we'll absolutely be back again and again!

I really like their food but the portions are way to small for the prices they charge.

Best breakfast sandwich in the United States. Get the lechon or the croquette, can't go wrong with anything in their menu.

I love that there are unique Southern dishes like chicken and waffles, Southern fried chicken, and shrimp and grits. The coffee is hot, strong and accompanied by cute little baskets with individual creamers. The pancakes are super fluffy and served with a warm bottle of syrup. I am not a big fan of hot sauces as I don't eat spicy foods but had to dip a bite of chicken in the jalapeno hot sauce. It was really tasty and a tolerable amount of heat. I look forward to returning and trying even more versions of waffle or egg dishes here.

The frappe was also really good. My friend ordered the avocado toast, which she liked, but her caramel macchiato was off at first it tasted mostly like milk with a little caramel. They did fix it though, so I'll give them credit for that. Only downside was she ended up feeling like she got food poisoning afterward. The egg on her dish had a thin film on it, so we're thinking it might not have been fully cooked, which is concerning. Service itself was good and the staff was nice. Parking was also easy, which is always a plus. Good food overall, but that situation definitely threw things off a bit.

We also got a side of tater tots with over medium eggs on top. The sandwiches were both very filling and packed with fluffy eggs; I will say that we wish the avocado was more spread out but not a big deal! The tater tots were crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The egg in both sandwiches was very good and paired very well with the sauces and ketchup. The service was pretty good. You order on a kiosk and then they call your name when it's ready. The ambiance is pretty single and small, but there is seating if you'd like. A lot of people took it to-go, and I'd definitely give it a try if you're a big egg person. I will say they're very filling for a breakfast type food!

I was seated pretty quickly and given a menu and ordered my standard unleaded coffee - decaf for those of you in the know. The ambience of the place was pretty good - very modern- very nice and it looked like it was very well-maintained. Always a good thing! To be honest? The only demerit was the waitress. Oh, she was good as a waitress, but she was not warm or welcoming - it seemed like she was just going through the motions, albeit professionally. It kind of makes a difference to me, you know? I decided to order a build your own omelette - I got turkey, sausage, turkey, bacon, and green peppers. In addition, I ordered a side of French toast and decided to try the hashbrowns because they look like they were housemade and not frozen. After a short bit of time, the food came out and oh my God! The portions were huge. I ate the French toast first but the only thing I noticed was the syrup was room temperature and not warmed up - not exactly a dealbreaker for me, but it would've pushed them over the top. The hashbrowns? Excellent! I put some hot sauce on the omelette and ate it all up - lickety split! So - would I come back? Probably. But I would hope for a different waitress is all. But I will say this - any breakfast joint that starts getting busy the very moment they open up at 7 AM on Sunday morning? Must be doing something right!
