Can be quite quiet in the week, but gets much more busy at weekends. On the plus side there is rarely a large queue for the bar. Unfortunately when our 2 friends came to meet us in there they were looked up and down by the doorman who simply shouted no! at them. When they enquired if there was a problem he simply stated You not coming in here avoiding the temptation to correct his English they pointed out that they had friends in the building and asked if they could come and get us. A gruff move away followed by a sucking of the doorman's teeth was the response. Avoid at all costs and find somewhere that gives a damn about their customers or risk an awful experience.

The first time we went it was with the intention of chilling out early evening with a bottle of wine, the weather was good and we started off sitting outside on the terrace which is really tastefully done, quite mediterranean, nice sofas etc, and when we got hungry we just ordered some food which was served to us at our table, they do not rush you out, you can relax and enjoy a full evening where in most places you are out in 1.5 hours max. Here our 'chill out' evening stretched on till we became part of the late night scene as crowds of people started to arrive for what was clearly going to be a proper night out. Not having been part of the clubbing scene for quite some time we didn't really know what to expect so we were a bit apprehensive at first, but the whole night turned out fantastic in the end, & we even bumped in to some friends there, we were really impressed with the kind of clientele it attracts and the glam party atmosphere. It has a nice seating area with comfy seating in a somewhat intimate surrounding. There is also a great outdoor area which tends to be frequented by smokers in the courtyard to te rear but again this is really intimate and charming. It has a smallish dancefloor but on a nighttime no one reallly minds. Entertainment is always on such as drag acts and on Friday nights the DJ is a transvestite and really popular with regulars. Also have themed nights and party nights. Bouncers are really good and hardly never any trouble. If there is this is dealt with swiftly. Excellant all rounder.
