Everything is superb. Placement of food, workers are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is great. The store looks great and is always clean.

Tell your produce people to stop squeezing the bags of salad and green beans. Between this location and St Michael this is the second time i bought lettuce or beans to come home and find the bag was open and the product was brown and slimy. I visited this store roughly two weeks ago. I was floored to see that their natural foods section disappeared. I asked to speak with the store director and they were not there. A staff member took my name and number. She told me that 500 natural items were removed from the store and the others scattered in the regular aisles. I couldn't find ONE item I used to buy. The store director didn't bother to call back. With RFK soon to be cleaning house in all stores, this was the dumbest move ever. I will only stop in for my 2 big pharma poison drugs I can't get off and that's it! You've lost a good customer. read more

I was using the area and he said it was a disk up food. It's like any other cub food but with wider and spaced isles. They have everything. Very clean. Friendly employees. Even the visitors here who are friendly I mean the customers. Easy parking outside. It's a big job. Send quality expect from cub. And then will discover food quality has gone up in the last five years. I just bought crab imitation bag because I can wash it from the outside open it and it directly from inside the bag without touching it with my fingers. read more

(Overpriced!) trap ...... at checkout I was overwhelmed with anxiety I went to cub thinking to spend around 20$ 25$ on grilling a cheap steak and some vegetables for myself corn asparagus maybe, didnt really have a plan. Well the price came to 37$ I get out of the checkout line and read the receipt 4 items pop out to me cooking oil, russet potatoes, aluminum foil and barbecue sauce these items came up to just under 17$ so I decided to do something I've never done before after feeling shoppers spending remorse/guilt/anxiety/how the freak did i just spend that much I'm so bad at holding on to my money! I went to the customer service desk and returned the items the lady seemed confused on why I would buy these items and then return them so I told her the truth I believe it's overpriced. Long story short I drove to Walmart and spent 8.50 on aluminum foil, cooking oil, russet potatoes and barbecue sauce. Ya the aluminum foil is a little shorter and not name brand the russet potatoes are not as big and the cooking oil is also not name brand but I didn't need 75ft of aluminum foil I don't care about the brand name on oil/foil and I just wanted potatoes to make fries. So here is why I won't shop at cub again the prices are high and the store has confusing placement so that all the expensive brands are easier access/the only brand available! You play me for a sucker fish and waste my time and checkout makes me sick to my stomach when I see the total and it's not because I'm a glutton it's because your store is a bad place to shop! Ps also worked in your distribution center your forced productivity rate and mandatory overtime was exhausting and freezing leaving me no time for family and rest! Pss also work for instacart shopping in your store part time it's confusing and time consuming your inventory is always off and locations are all wrong costing time and money. Best grocery store in the area by far. The meat and seafood sections are awesome and the sushi bar is top-notch! Employees are friendly and helpful and will order any special items you request. Big store with lots of variety! Great organic & gluten-free section too. Always running new sales and specials and have great prices. read more

Top notch everything, everyday. We've been going to this Cub for 10 years. Never a bad experience. One of my life's quest has been the pursuit of the perfect glazed donut. I blame the rise of commercial bakeries, in part, like Cub for the demise of the neighborhood or town bakery. If your old enough you know what I mean. One thing has changed in my life long quest. I keep having trouble with Clerks at Buffalo Cub foods not following the coupon policy. They state per policy they except store coupon and a manufacture coupon also but clerks wont allow it. read more

Had a manager of some kind confront me in a weird way as if I was stealing something. She basically asked me to leave after walking around with a friend talking. Was really turned off by this mostly because of the presumptuous and confrontation yet passive aggressive nature of this interaction. She literally had this look like, "betcha didn't know I was watching you? Betcha thought you'd get away with this?". So weird. Really hate giving bad reviews but this was super weird. Other then this incident Cub has been great to me. Oh and for specificities sake she said (after cornering me in the natural section and looking me up and down) "Do you need help? Most people checkout when they have something in their hand." (Gesturing accusatorially to my coffee(esque) drink barely hidden by my crossed arms). "We have plenty of checkouts open you can just go to one." Immediately after she left both my friend and I looked at each other and said the same thing laughing. She thinks you're stealing that drink. Then we got bother because of how ludicrous it was. Anyways, I will hit up Target next time I need some coffee and want to have a good conversation while browsing. read more
