The TGF booster and retinol was a game changer. She has such knowledge and curiousity in knowing the products and the science to it that you know you are consulting from someone who knows "skin" very well. Her goal aligns from my goal, which is having to use less make up in the end because you dont need to cover up what you already have: beautiful glowing skin. I went back to try out more products from Le Miuex and had another Brazilian and underarm waxing and felt well taken care of. She just makes it easy breezy and the whole experience of having such a good experience made me feel my time and money was well spent. I am pretty much a repeat customer now and I am so glad her spa is just 5 minutes away from my house. I dont usually do reviews unless i felt it is deserving and i wrote a review on her twice!

Ladydiana was AMAZING - she responded the same day that I reached out (via text) and provided a health screening to ensure that I would be a good candidate for my in-person consultation and appointment. I originally had planned to do them a few months after my initial contact, but she had an opening so I was able to get in within a month of my first message! Her studio was super cute, and the numbing cream made it pretty much painless. She does have to do at least one pass over your brows WITHOUT the cream, but it's well worth the beautiful brows you'll get after. Bottom Line - The. Brows. Are. Worth. It. It has been almost 3 years and I am barely just starting to think about returning for a touch-up later this year, because the inner eye areas are starting to fade (and I mean.. barely!!). With my current brows, I can probably wait another year and a half before going back and just touch up with a pencil when I want a more full brow.

I fully understood that the initial color would be bold and then fade/peel into a more natural result. However, after my first session, there was barely any pigment deposited at all and it was uneven. my lips didn't peel, which is typically part of the healing process, attached picture of initial session. I communicated my concerns and returned for a second session within the 7 days for a free touch up hoping to build more color. Unfortunately, the experience during the second appointment felt very rushed. I did not feel like I had the time or space to properly discuss adjustments (such as going darker or doing another pass), as I was quickly moved out due to another appointment. There is also concern about how sanitary the process was. Seems like that went out the door. She didnt map my lips, and frequently went on her phone with the same gloves she was tattooing me with. Now, after spending hundreds of dollars, there is still no visible difference in my lips. I reached out on 4/3 to follow up on my results and did not receive a response. I sent a follow-up message on 4/8, again with no reply. When I finally heard back, I was told she was on vacation "until next Thursday," which would have been 4/16. It is now 4/24, and I still have not received any meaningful follow-up or resolution, and likely will never hear back from her again, thus this review and needing others to know what kind of business owner she is. This lack of communication has been extremely frustrating and feels unprofessional--especially considering I was reaching out about concerns with the service. It's hard not to feel like messages are prioritized differently when it comes to booking new clients versus addressing issues. I did purchase a Groupon for the tint and I wonder if it has anything to do with that or if she treats all concerned customers the same. I can't tell which is worse. Additionally, I felt that accountability was lacking. My concerns were repeatedly attributed to me being "scared of color," which is not accurate. I relied on the provider's professional expertise to guide pigment selection and clearly set expectations. As a client, I should not have to guess whether the outcome will be visible after multiple sessions and additional costs. She also gives conflicting information about the healing process. I was then told that I would need to pay an additional $200 for another touch-up to achieve a noticeable result. At this point, I'm not comfortable continuing to invest more money (and pain!!) without having seen even a baseline level of results from the initial services. Overall, this experience has been frustrating from both a results and customer service standpoint. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and look elsewhere for services. There are plenty of other PMU that offer deals for lip blushing etc. that have more reviews that you can rely on.

Great music, comfy chairs, and such a relaxed atmosphere. (See pics) Parking is mostly street parking with a small private lot (if you're lucky). I went on a Friday afternoon and had no trouble finding a spot. Customer Service: Five stars all the way! Melanie, the owner and my lash/brow aesthetician, was AMAZING! She is truly an expert and was professional, sweet, warm, and so easy to talk to. I had a lash lift, lash tint, eyebrow lamination, and eyebrow tint and Melanie absolutely nailed it! In love with them! Booking was super easy online and my appointment started right on time. Everything felt professional and relaxing from beginning to end. I especially love the Korean lash lift because it's gentler on the lashes and includes conditioning steps. I prefer this method! I have thought about becoming a permanent cosmetic artist for a while but kept pushing it off. Well…read moreafter having a baby I knew I didn't want to go back to doing hair and standing on my feet for 10hour days. So I started searching microblading schools and I search alot of schools! FINALLY after a month of deciding I went with microblading Academy because I really did feel drawn to it and wanted to practice on the most models. Being a cosmetologist I knew that education was important but hands-on experience was the most important. Microblading Academy gave me that hands-on experience, I attended the San Diego class and had Josh and Jovi as my mentors. Josh was very upbeat with motivating me and really was helpful with being open to asking my questions, he also a hairstylist. He makes the practice Strokes look so easy!! He's a very sweet soul and when I doubted myself he reassured me. Jovi was very informative with helping me microblad my model and stood by my side to make sure I did a good job. I was nervous, usually things came easy to me and she made sure I felt comfortable with every stroke and color on the two models. She has a girl boss vibe that is continuously sweet. I got to practice on two models from start to finish and each model had comepltly opposite skin tones. I really appreciated working on two different skin types and brows.... it was very important to me that I got the most hands-on experience. During my class, I noticed a returning student coming in to sit inn for a refresher. That really stuck out to me that the company was nice enough to let the returning student sit in on the class again. In total the classes is 10 hours.. I recommend getting a great night sleep, don't lose sleep over being excited for the class like I did & (also being a new mommy did not help) just get your rest so you can be focused and Collective! The first part of the class, you are practicing on fake skin, going over stroke theory and asking questions. Second half is practicing on models. Of course it comes with a kit and also a theory booklet you can read when you return home. Upon returning home I had so much questions and excitement . Josh and Jovi where so nice to answer some questions the very next day. I do believe I will take the refresher class just so that I can feel more comfortable taking clients because just from posting my student work on social media I have had 6 people reach out to me for their eyebrows, I have never seen a response to a service so fast before! I cannot wait to keep practicing and becoming better with my Strokes. A good tip, Amazon sells practice skin! Go for it!!
