I tried the laser lipo 6 sessions and just lost half inch! Not worth my time and money. They measure me every session and would tell me that i lost half inch. i'd always measure myself before going there. when i get home and remove my wrap after 4 hrs i would lose 2-3 centimeters only but the next day its just back to normal. On my first session, i didnt lose any so if anyone is planning to get laser lipo i dont recommend 1 session only coz nothing will happen but waste of time and money. Get the 6 sessions or more and it might work for you. Im very very disappointed that i didnt even lose an inch after doing 6 sessions. Ripoff! Im giving 2 stars for good customer service. I came here after purchasing a deal from a certain deal site. I was familiar with cryolipolysis so I felt comfortable taking the gamble. I made my appointment via email and was surprised when I wasn't given any information ahead of time, wasn't asked to fill out any forms, and wasn't even told if I was booked for the actual procedure or a consult. I figured I'd just see what happened. I arrived and there appeared to only be one person working, and she was obviously sick, hacking and sniffling and wiping her nose with her bare hands. No mask. I almost left but decided to just see it through. She ended up straight up lying about the terms of the deal I'd purchased (not my first rodeo, so I actually have a screenshot saved of the original description), which is common but such a bummer. Went for my first ever microdermabrasion appointment. It went really well. Half a week later my face feels firmer, my skin seems brighter and more even-toned, and my sun spots seem less dark than before. My main concern was the sun damage from the past couple years. My makeup also applies very smoothly and looks even better than before because the color tone in my skin seems to have improved. The girls were very nice and the clinician who did my microdermabrasion was friendly and informative when I asked her about the procedure, after-care, and other services. It was an easy procedure start to finish. I had no pain, no redness or sensitivity, and it was efficiently performed in a short amount of time. I think I was only there for about half an hour to 45 minutes since I had to do a little paperwork being a first time client. I also like that you can schedule appointments yourself on their website and see all their pricing- this is a really convenient feature. The other great thing about this clinic, no separate (and time draining!) appointment for the initial consult. You just go right in, ask any questions you want, they inform you of the process you're getting done, and then they get right to work- this is awesome for me, not every clinic does this. Sometimes some clinics make you do one appointment for a consult then they book your actual first procedure several weeks out after that- no thanks, just wanna get it done! The whole experience from start to finish was AWESOME, the office is so welcoming and comfortable and I felt like I was being pampered from the moment I stepped foot in the door. I had purchased a deal for 2 sessions to get my inner thighs laser lipo. When I got there was told that each thigh counted as a session so the deal only covered one visit. Really? like i would go and only get one thigh on one leg done? How does that make sense. Then they only have one paddle for the machine, so I had be there twice as long since they can only do one side at a time. Then they put the paddle on the back of my thighs not my inner thighs. I asked repeatedly and was told they were in the right spot. But when it was over they only red area was the back of my thighs. And there was no change at all. I have been trying to get a refund for the additional service I had paid for and DID NOT receive for 4 months now. I call, I email, I send letters, and no response. I have known the owner, Kathleen Rocca for at least 25 years. She has done many facials for me in the past. I am now in my 70's, and I am having a great deal of trouble getting eye liner or even the eye brow liners on, due to excessive shaking in my hands. Marisela, one of the Aestheticians, provided a permanent solution, with PERMANENT eyeliner and microblading. Not only was the pricing reasonable, but the service Marisela provided was superior! She made sure I had enough numbing cream, and exactly how I wanted it to look, always erring on the side of caution. I was able to return for touch ups, at no cost. Love this place! I've come here for two different treatments. I got the ultrasound cavitation on my belly and it worked great - I lost 2 inches. I'm small to begin with but got the belly fat problem. But anyway I got home from my appointment walked and drank water measured them again I was like ok not bad 26.5 on each... I now have more dark marks on my face than before. I called several times, finally getting a response. Ana, who performed it, promised me this was a normal effect and I was going to "love my face".
