Worst experience and took advantage of our teenage daughter. My daughter and I came in there with very specific pictures of what she wanted. She clearly told the stylist exactly what she wanted and said that she wanted it looking very natural and exactly as the picture showed. We left 2 1/2 hours later with absolutely nothing of what the picture looks like, and it looked like she had two caterpillars on her eyes. In addition to that, she upsold my daughter to a more expensive lash that she did not ask to do. So The upsell on the lash was a completely different lash than the one my daughter showed her in the picture. She completely took advantage of a young girl while I was waiting in the waiting room, trying to empower my daughter and give her some autonomy. We are completely disgusted with the lack of professional professionalism. In addition to that when we spoke to the manager she didn't listen to a word I said, but kept repeating apparently what she had been trained to say. She scheduled us an appointment for one hour later in order to remove the lashes only for us to show up there and the stylist said she didn't have time to remove them so we had to come in for an additional appointment the next morning to remove them. Save your money and do not come here. They charged us over $190 for something we did not ask for. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. I usually do at home lashes but for years I have done lash extensions when I travel. My first visit to this studio was with Michelle and I was very happy with the visit. I did a last minute visit before my holiday travels. There was a deal that included a free brow tint so I made the appointment with another master lash tech because Michelle was not available. The session was OK and I realized the tech didn't even mention the brow tint. I also felt like there was some tugging as if I was getting a fill and old lashes were being taken off (this was a fresh new set - I had no lashes previously on there). And when I went home I looked closely and realized that there was major glue clumping in my right lash. I texted the studio with a close picture of that eye and said the other eye wasn't as bad. Since I was on travel I couldn't go back to the studio right away so we agreed to go back when I came home. Well that was today and I got a text to pay for a full fill up front since there was no receptionist available. I explained the situation and the studio came back and said to come in for a complimentary 30 minute to try to fix the clumping. We all know that lashes take some time and 30 minutes won't cover it. After spending so much up front I don't feel this was a fair compensation. I usually don't complain and won't mention the tech's name but I won't be getting my lashes done at this studio again! For the amount it costs for lash extensions I feel that other studios would have had a more fair resolution. Never Again! read more

I've gone here a few times for a lash lift and have liked it, but my complaint that is preventing me from going back is the Masters fee. The lash lift service is $89.99 but there is an extra Masters Fee which is $30 extra ($20 extra if you pay for a monthly membership) and as of right now, all except one of the stylists are labeled as Masters, so most likely no matter what you will have to pay an extra fee on top of your service. There is one stylist on the website that is not listed as a Master but I have not been able to find a time that she is available. Even then, last time I specifically booked with a stylist that was NOT a Master but in the 1-2 weeks that I waited from booking until my actual appointment, she had achieved the Master status and I was charged the extra $30 the day of anyways. I would try and look for the non-master stylist's availability more in case her schedule is just limited but I am afraid the same thing is going to happen again and I will be surprised with the extra fee. I do not feel the need to have a master level service for a lash lift and while it is nice to hear that a stylist is a master, I am considering going elsewhere because the $30 additional fee is a lot for a service I get done multiple times a year especially since I am not able to opt out of it/avoid it here. read more

She does a great job making sure she you are selecting tha right option before she begins her work. Staff at the front desk are always friendly and prompt to greet you as soon as you walk in their front door. Back in March 2022, I went to a coworker to get my lashes done for a concert. Her work looked GREAT online and she was affordable, but when she did mine they were beyond horrible. I ended up ripping the extensions out at the concert. The next day I looked on Yelp for lash places, and I came across Amazing Lash Studio in Eastlake. They were so kind and attentive and they were able to schedule me a next-day appointment with one of their master stylists, Melissa. I have been going to Melissa for the past two months and she is BEYOND amazing, extremely knowledgeable, AND QUICK! My natural lashes are very thin and straight, and Melissa is able to give me the full volume I desire. My lashes are still growing from the fallout of March LOL, and even so my retention lasts long enough until my next lash appointment. Well... ladies what can I say. I wish I could live this place but sadly I can't. I'm giving it 2 starts because their online system for all the waivers and questions about their customers are stellar and the customer service is amazing! The ladies are super sweet and kind. Per my usual, I always want to give a business to make things right before running to a bad review. I think this comes more off as constructive criticism for the business however. I got lashes done, and by the second day I had a ton falling off. By day 5 I had gaps in a few spots where the lashes were entirely gone. At first glance I also noticed that the lash tech didn't put a lash on each one of my single lashes, mine stick out like broom bristles so I could see she missed a lot. My previous lash tech would take 2 hours on my appointments and highly experienced. So when I was done under an hour and a half I was like hmmm.... But this explained part of it. I called to figure out what can be done to correct the retention problem and the lady on the phone was super kind and offered a complimentary touch up. Cool, we scheduled it, got more lashes added, again, got to my car and noticed that this girl also left a lot of my natural lashes untouched. Now, retention... again was a problem. By day 4 this time it was looking like I've gone 6 weeks without a touch up. Now here's the thing. I'm not new to lash extensions but my regular lash tech is super busy and her appointments are booked way far in advance and I had an event that lashes were an afterthought. Usually I wouldn't go for a touch up until about 6 weeks in. So I'm not sure what products they're using at this location but it does not last. I didn't hear the girls use a vortex to mix the glue, the first time the lash tech didn't clean my lashes before starting. Which I mentioned to the second lash tech who said "we tell our clients to wash their lashes" I was like well I'm used to it being part of the service and not once was it mentioned to me. She said it's an added cost of eight dollars which I said ok, you can wash them for me to make sure it would be done in a way that works for them expecting better retention... I felt like a rose petal was on my lids so I don't think these girls are even properly trained on washing natural lashes correctly to begin the application. Needless to say, if you're ok scheduling appointments every 2 weeks for lashes this is your place. I find it excessive and way too high maintenance, and overtime pricey. Wanted to give this place a shot and hoping to like it by giving them a chance to make things right but it just didn't work. I ended up going to Sally's to get lash remover and took them off, didn't even have them for a full 2 weeks, and feels like I wasted my money read more

Not only did I have an allergic reaction to both tapes they use (not necessarily their fault but that's NEVER happened to me and I get extensions done all the time), the tech was just ok (definitely expected more from a "master"-I mean what happened to trying to get to know your clients? Retention should be everything for these businesses) and my lashes were literally already falling off while on the drive home. Like, what? Do not recommend this place. I recently went to Amazing Lash Studio in Eastlake this past Tuesday for a wedding on Saturday and had classic eyelashes done. By Thursday night, more than 75% of my left eyelashes had already fallen off! This was my first time at Amazing Lash, however, I have had eyelashes done several times at a different place and had never experienced this.I chose to go to this place despite reading the other Yelp reviews because I couldn't make it to my regular place due to my work hours. Today (Friday), I called to get an appointment for my left eyelashes to be fixed and got an appointment for 7:30pm. I arrived at 7:35PM and the front staff was in no way accommodating or even understanding of the situation. They could clearly see that my left eye had three eyelashes left but because I was exactly 5 minutes late, they would not take me to try to fix the job. It did not matter to them that I was just there three days ago and returned so that my eyelashes could be fixed for a special event tomorrow. I paid $109 for these eyelashes that barely lasted for two days. I will not return to this place because of the work that was done and the front office staff that showed no concern or consideration for their customers. It's crazy how much this franchise enjoys making money off you. I have a membership (that I will be canceling) and have been to this location 3 times. Each time they suggest I purchase their cleanser (23$), serum (70$) or lash wand (17$) since my lashes are "dirty" and "weak" not realizing I've already bought/have been using all three (I've included pictures of all three product in my review). I went for a fill on July 11th (which ended up costing 109$) and asked if I can use my membership credit that was set to be charged on July 25th (69$). They told me no. I made an appointment for today and had to cancel the same day. They said I would be subjected to a 33$ cancellation fee, I asked if I can just use my membership credit that was just charged three days ago as a cancellation fee. They said no. So basically I spent 211$ just for one refill in the month of July which could have gotten me a full set elsewhere. My Asian lashes are short and thin and I didn't want to do lash extension because it requires more maintenance, so I wanted to try Lash Lift instead. I tried it yesterday at the Amazing Lash Studio and I loved it! The whole process was so easy, just book the appointment online and the whole process was like an hour or less from start to finish. Nothing hurt or irritating at all. Once set, I can apply mascara to have more dramatic look but still have my natural lashes instead of falsies. The reason I gave this place a 3 stars is because this is my second day with my full set of lashes and I have so many sparsed / lashes falling off already. I did not workout, get them wet, or anything. I know how to care for my lashes so I'm not sure what happened.
