I have been shopping at this C-Town location for 40 years, and while it has always been great, it is going downhill. I think the original owner is not there anymore. A couple of days ago, I stopped in to get some deli products. Now, when I walked in, there was not anyone else at the deli section besides the worker. I waited about 5 minutes while he completely ignored me the entire time. When he finally did acknowledge me, this witch customer (for lack of a better word) literally comes out of nowhere saying, "excuse me, I was next." I was annoyed but I said, "Well, you came out of nowhere and noone was here, but whatever." I called her the b word which was rightfully deserved under my breathe. She then decided to cause trouble calling me every name in the book and attacking how I dress and everything. Again, if she was there first she could have said it in a nicer way. If I at at the deli counter and there are 0 customers around, how could anyone know that someone was there first? That guy working in the deli was the worst person I have ever seen. A complete jerk. He just said calmly with the jerkiest smile I have ever seen, "they were next." Really? They must have been invisible then because once again, while I was waiting, there were NO customers around. I think that being the awful employee he is, he told the witch to come back in 10 minutes when their order was ready. Again, I have shopped at this store for 40 years and the employees have not has a ridiculous system like that. When I said this store has list me as a customer and I am not coming back ever again, the witch said, you think they care if you come back?" I go to this store a couple if times a week and I spend a great amount of money when I do. Seeing as I am no longer going to be a customer, this store is going to be losing a great customer AND a great amount of revenue. When I finally received my order after way too long anyway, the employee was still smiling rudely and gave me the weakest apology ever saying only, "sorry." Well, they will be very sorry when the store loses money and they will fire him because the store can't pay their employees anymore. I think the cashier understood what happened because they were very nice to me but still. I should not have to look over my shoulder and worry each time I enter a grocery store, or anywhere really, that I will be attacked and treated like garbage. I will tell everyone I know about this incident and they could judge for themselves if they want to be a customer there or not. This store will be sorry when I, one of their best customers, am not one of their best customers anymore. read more
