Called Greg at Bockman's and explained the situation and her tight schedule being a student athlete. He helped navigate her time restraints and they were able to fix a wiring failure and a check engine light that happened to come on while she was driving there. Turned out we needed a new gas cap. Replacing spark plugs isn't exactly a big ordeal but he had it done rather quickly and charged me less than some of the other places I got quotes from (namely Firestone).
