I came here on the recommendation of my daughter-in-law. The salon is clean and they're friendly and always manage to fit you in. I've been very pleased with my nails after getting a fill-- no peeling or nails coming off etc. and it lasts for weeks until I can get back there! I normally have a love, hate relationship with salons. GO HERE. Seriously. They have perfect pricing and even better technique. Gel nails are flawless. I was out in an hour with a new set of gel nails with a permanent white tip. My nails are perfect, not thick and bulky. You can add nail polish and remove it - white tip is still there, not painted on. Cost $46. AMAZING. I live in Hartford, work in Windsor. This place is worth the drive. Oh and it's clean and new. This place is awesome, they fixed bad work done by a previous salon that was lifting and allowing water into my nails and two were badly discolored underneath. They took their time fixing these nails and then sealing the edges with gel so now they can grow out. They will really take the time to help you out and give you the look you want. I went there this past weekend, and the lady who did my pedicure seemed to rush it. She pushed back my cuticles in a hurry, which hurt. Then, she kept clipping this one corner of my toe nail, and she hurt me--and I said "ouch". I was embarrassed because the other clients in there heard me. However, she didn't quite acknowledge me. She kept turning her head to watch the Food Network on the television too, which made me wonder if she was even paying attention to what she was doing. Not friendly at all--more robotic--as she told me to put my foot up, and then she'd scrub my toes harshly...Then she would order me again--put my other foot up....I felt very rushed and not relaxed. The water was also lukewarm-cold. Overall, the whole experience was poor to mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place. read more

If I could give this facility No Stars I would, I have never had such a terrible experience, at first I was confused, there were two young girls sitting in the salon, I assumed they were customers because they could'nt possibly be employees or Nail Artists WRONG 16 year old girls were doing Pedicures and Manicures. When one girl started my Pedicure I demanded to know why, the owner, A petite Asian woman assured me this girl was very experienced and was very good and so many clients loved her work so I let her go ahead, she seemed to do a good job, she was reserved and quiet and spoke maybe a few words the entire time, I had regular polish, nothing extra which is what I wanted, then the asian woman did my manicure, she hardly spoke to me making me feel odd, she used the same polish that was used on my toes which was fine np, I sat under the dryer for my nails and toes THREE times and the girl put on a quick dry polish on my toes too and then wrapped my toes in plastic wrap, that was confusing to me I didnt think about it at the time, I was already late for a meeting so I payed quickly and left....... By the time I got in my truck my toes were smudged, all the polish on my big toes came off, in my experience that means the polish is no good, that wasnt the end of this, I didnt get home until 11pm so I hadnt checked my bank notifications, when I did the next morning I realized I had been charged WAY MORE then my bill called for, The woman charged me $109.00 and then charged me tax and then entered 12 dollars as the tip amount when I only agreed to pay $10.00, then on top of that she charged a tax on the tip, I was so angry I couldnt believe what thieving lying scum bags these people were, I called them and told them I was coming there, I demanded to know why I had been charged such an exorbitant amount for the basic nail job they did, the woman had the freaking nerve to argue with me, her husband came out while she was arguing and told her to give me a full refund for my pedicure, she honestly tried to hand me $20.00 and say, there you go, I was shouting then, so her husband came and pushed her out of the way and gave me the full refund, she had the nerve to say so sorry please come back again, I will give you a discount, I looked her in the eyes and said, No I wont be coming back, Ive never had such a terrible experience so in short DO NOT EVER GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS SALON, WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW.... read more

It looks like this business doesn't want people to see negative reviews. Four people rated it negative and those reviews were taken off. But here is my review again. If I could give less than one star I would. I agree 100% with the previous review. That place is horrendous! I've been doing nails for 15 years and never had such a horrible experience. They completely destroyed my nails!! I had shellac done and came to remove it and have a regular manicure. They put my hands in a bowl of acetone when you are supposed you wrap each one separately in a foil. Then after sitting with my hand in acetone for 10 minutes I questioned them why they didn't wrap them individually so the lady started to do that. After she was finished wrapping she told me to put them under the light.....NO IDEA WHY!!! I had this done many times before and every time after you remove the foil from each nail the nail polish comes off easy. Those people at the salon .....I have no idea what they were using but after they took the foil off and saw that the nail polish didn't come off they started scraping my nails to the point where they are paper thin and see through....they scrapped off all layers of my nails!!!! On top of that, they didn't just use the nail file to scrape nails but also the filling machine that they use for fake acrylic/gel nails. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Another bizarre thing that they did was after they put a hand lotion on and rubbed it...they told me to go and wash my hands. Also, their nail polish is OLD so they add acetone or something to it to make it more liquid. The color that I used before was completely different...it's like they mixed it with something. I am shocked that they are still open for business! read more
