I knew it was new owners because the older owners were Korean and the new ones are Vietnamese. I recognize the language and confirmed by asking. The inside looks completely the same. The staff are all new to me. Same selections and decor. Pedicure is $38. The gentleman that did mine was very nice and professional. I like my pedicure.

Regular polish- not gel She then cut into my cuticle and I jerked my foot from her because it was unexpected and painful. I had to tell her to not continue doing that. She then dug under my toenails which led them to burn and sting for a few days after Pedicure was done quickly and was not provided the massage that was included Had to ask to be cashed out. Albeit I was on my cell phone but I did wait behind another customer and when I walked up, the employee walked away leaving me there standing I was charged $20 as an upgrade fee for them to use gel polish TWENTY DOLLARS! A bottle costs between $14-25 . For each bottle they use and charge customers $20 a piece to have gel polish. ONE bottle can cover 20to 40 manicures. 20x 20=400 30x 20=600 40x20=800 TAKE NOTE- That is how much they are making off an entire bottle (less what they paid) Sickening ! So that cost $70!

Lena, the owner, does an amazing job on "ombre" gel dip powder nails - this is something completely different for me as I was a typical Pink/White Acrylics girl for 10+ years. I love how I can do something different, and the dip powder is soaked off at every visit so it's never thick at re-application and it always lasts 3 weeks, probably could last 4 weeks if I wanted, but i like changing it up. The price is costly, moreso than acrylics, but the work and time that goes into this is more than acrylics as well. For "ombre" (2 color) gel dip powder its $50 (and it's basically a "new set" each time since you soak off your set from before), and for 1 color its only $40. Something new for me - CT charges sales tax on services, so there will be sales tax on top of these costs. Lena has been wonderful - very customer focused and does a great job! They do take credit card, she has an attachment for her ipad allowing you to swipe/insert your card!

They wear gloves and line the foot baths with plastic which I love and is sanitary. They had an amazing variety of nail polishes. The deluxe pedicure was amazing. It was about 45 min and it didn't feel rushed at all at any point. She removed calluses that have been there for years and haven't been removed by other nail spa visits to other places. The leg scrub, massage, hot stones and steam were all amazing. The manicure was a great price and I got a pretty yellow. I smudged my nails before I left and Michelle was very sweet about it and fixed it for me. When I left I smudged the same nail again and the guy (whose name I didn't catch) was quick to help me. They didn't make me feel bad, so I was happy and thankful for that. The color is amazing and they look perfect. The shape, everything was just what I wanted. Granted, I don't spend my days immersing my hands in water or handling much that would damage the polish by contact, but I'm very impressed. The technicians we had were gentle with the cuticles (mine tend to tear and make me miserable days after many manicures if they're not careful, so I paid close attention) and my mom had the gentleman, who did a great job on her nails, as well. I called and a young man helped me set it up. When I expressed I wanted a gel pedicure, he shared it was an extra cost (which is typical), but I mention this because I appreciate the transparency. The salon itself was spotless. All furniture, supplies, you could tell as new and well taken care of. Many color options , both gel and regular polish. The new owner spoke with me while I was getting my pedicure. They specialize in artificial nail application, but no acrylics. The salon did not smell like chemicals and was not dusty - they have a new, powerful centralization system. My spa pedicure was excellent. The young woman took her time, and did excellent work. Then, the young man stepped in for an amazing 15 min foot/leg massage, included in the pedicure I chose. He then asked if i had time for a 10 minute shoulder massage - don't turn this down! They have free rewards program that will lead to savings for customers. Finally, they knew their customers by name and their returning customers seemed very comfortable. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this family owned business. They care about their craft and their customers.
