When I arrived I was immediately greeted and waited no more than 10 mins. The salon is clean, and very quiet with tvs playing beautiful screen savers of places I dream to visit- very relaxing. My nail techs name was Andy and let me just say he did the best job on my nails and toes I have ever had. He measured and filed each nail to absolute perfection! I really appreciated his attention to detail since I am VERY picky with my nails. They have tons of colors to choose from and are reasonably priced- I already scheduled my next appointment with him! You can pay by card, and they do take Apple Pay- another perk since I cant find my debit card. They do ask you tip in cash but have an ATM if needed. I informed the nail tech I was getting engagement photos at the start of the appointment. I got to my nail appointment 10 minutes early and I asked for 3 coats. She said okay with no reservation or hesitation. I then allowed for my nails to dry for over 25 minutes at their salon. She sent me off. I live 5 mins away and my nails all completely smudged. I had to cancel my other plans for the afternoon and return to get my nails redone a second time. Now, it has been almost 2 hours (for a simple non gel, non dip manicure). I ask to speak to the manager due to my displeasure with the service. He explained they don't like to "push their customers to not get 3 coats". Aren't they the experts when it comes to nails? Second time around, I chose a different color (thinking maybe the first one I chose was just an older polish) and only 2 coats. My nails have STILL smudged. I should've just bought my own nail polish and done my own nails. Will NOT be returning.

That ended today. My friend and I went in around 1:45 for a pedicure, we did not have an appointment but wouldn't mind waiting. The woman said come back at 3 so we left, walked around target and came back and walked in at 3:05, she told us she took other people instead because we were not there right at 3. I am also 9 and a half months pregnant, I was doing my best. Said for us to wait another half hour. And you could tell she was telling her current customers the situation by how they were watching us. I said absolutely not. So we went down the street to four season nails for a 10/10 experience. I won't be back and I will never recommend to anyone else.
