I drove over an hour (that's how important this was to me) and visited to see their work and bring a sample of the bottle to work off of. Meeting was great and work I saw was beautiful- I was sold! But, he said he would be leaving in a week and I would be in good hands. WRONG! The woman who took over was horrible- no design input, insensitive to the subject matter and just looked to find reasons to upcharge for every little thing even though I had discussed everything with the original man I signed on with.
