I called to set up a appointment and they were able to do same day service! I did not have that expectation going into this, but why not! The gentleman that showed up was professional and very detailed. He took the time to really attend to my chimney and to ensure it was in top working order. He had his own drop clothes, cleaned up when he was finished and was very reasonably priced. My chimney contains 4 flues and it cost me $119.00 plus inspection. Last year we paid almost $170.00 and the service was no where near this stellar. I would happily recommend them for any masonry or chimney sweep services!

On my old house, the surface of the foundation was crumbling off, that 1960's sandy facing they put over the concrete. It looked bad and dirty and I had no idea what to do about it. The basement was a walkout so all that ugly foundation was exposed. Vincent came out and recommended stucco and showed me some examples. It was the ideal solution. He was also down the street doing the same thing to a neighbors house. When his team came out to do it they were incredible! Everything was organized and planned out meticulously. First a couple people came to prep everything. The next day the whole squad was there and they worked like an army. Everyone was mixing and applying stucco very precisely working together to cover the whole foundation. They did a fabulous job and everything was so smooth and clean. There was no mess or anything when they were done. My foundation looked brand new. We also did some small concrete steps. I couldn't be happier working with Vincent, and even after 4 years it held up and looked perfect. I called Vincent today to get me a quote to fix the top section of my chimney replace a flue pipe, bricks, mortar, flashing, new caps, sealing etc. I called him out of the blue and he was on my roof giving me an estimate in an hour! We hired CORRIGAN to replace a concrete front landing in 2016 that was constructed initially in…read more1953. We paid $3700. By 2022 it was spalling. We called CORRIGAN and he took no responsibility but said he could redo it for $5000. We agreed reluctantly. It now exhibits substantial cracking and breaking pieces. It appears that CORRIGAN does not have any employees. Rather he seems to be a middle man, subcontracting any job he gets, while approximately doubling the subcontracting fee. This has value if he utilizes competent subcontractors. Unfortunately it was not the case in either instance. You can use Google to search for a contractor, close your eyes, point at the screen, and have a better chance of finding a competent contractor than by calling CORRIGAN. Even if you pointed at poor choice, you could repeat the process and find another contractor while likely spending less money than you paid CORRIGAN
