I saw the photos of the debris on the shelf and inside the chimney!! The other company removed Half of a 5 gallon bucket of debris. And they showed me a nail or screw one damper that was not secured during the first cleaning. So I am very disappointed - did JCS even do anything? Oh, and I paid double to JCS rather than the second company for the same services. TLDR: I do not recommend JCS

We had to get the dryer vents cleaned twice becaise the first time lint was left in a trap not removed so we had smoke when the dryer was turned on. Our teak furniture has huge bleach marks because they neglected to cover it. We have dead spots in our lawn and a neighbor lawn. And flowers around house were dead and I am not certain two of our bushes will make it.
