CSL has improved recently with the new machines that make donating a little bit faster…read more The facility is very clean. Customer service has improved in the reception department. They are friendlier and have no drama between themselves. The phlebotomists are very good. It's almost painless. I started donating here to get some extra cash but I keep donating to help others in need. Don't get me wrong, the payments help but it can be time-consuming if the line is long and if traffic is bad. Timing is everything No pictures because they are not allowed to be taken in the facility.

Over the years they've made tons of improvements to the facility, including adding many flat screen TVs, free WiFi, and portable DVD players with a decent selection of movies They still have plenty of snacks, including Sweet Street's donation (usually a loaf of lemon or poppy cake).

I submitted a request for an appointment at StemExpress online and received a call minutes later. I was able to set up an initial appointment for that day. I wasn't sure what to expect walking in but the decor was very clean and welcoming! The staff was super friendly and offered me snacks. I filled out my paperwork and was taken right back. The initial draw was a normal amount for tests. The whole process was super quick and I was really impressed with the entire experience.
