It is not worth putting your veins at risk here. I attempted to donate last wednesday. The lady with red highlights stuck me very fast and i guaruntee she missed the vein. So the other short Lady with brown hair and glasses tried my other arm and she stuck it just as rough. Here I am 6 days later with a bruise the size of a football and im unable to get a good nights rest without waking up in awful pains and numbness in my hand. They really need a staff change here. I will never return. No wonder why the lines are so short these days at this location. read more

CSL has improved recently with the new machines that make donating a little bit faster. The facility is very clean. Customer service has improved in the reception department. They are friendlier and have no drama between themselves. The phlebotomists are very good. It's almost painless. I started donating here to get some extra cash but I keep donating to help others in need. Don't get me wrong, the payments help but it can be time-consuming if the line is long and if traffic is bad. Timing is everything No pictures because they are not allowed to be taken in the facility. read more

almost always a hour wait just to get hooked up but normally 10 to 23 people waiting to donate and 4-18 in line to be processed so they can wait in another line for 1-2 hours to get back to actually be hooked up to donate which at this center takes longer than any center I have gone to but at least you also get paid the lowest amount that I know in the country. Ridiculous for it to be on average almost 2 hours start to finish while 3 or more is not unusual. corporate doesn't care and for about a year says it will be fixed. Yeah right. so extra long time need and lowest money given. $45 for first and $60 for 2nd. go to other places and easily $100 each. heck csl pays $200 in Texas and almost as much in Florida. read more

You should never go here go to Camphill. They are so much better since they've opened. You don't have to worry about attitudes or people sticking you wrong and your blood your veins destroyed for weeks not all but most people that worked there are rude as hell read more

They made changes and brought in new faster machines and cut hours drastically. Closed all day Sunday and closes three hours earlier Saturday. If you lose all these hours how are you going to make up for less hours? The new machines just mean they work less. One particular girl gets away with talking and not doing work constantly. She's loud, obnoxious and just won't shut up. Complains and complains and does nothing. Wherever she is at there is little to no work being done. read more

I left because they don't change gloves after every patient. I said something about it but was told unless there is blood on the glove they can use the same gloves. The people that work there are nice though. If they changed gloves after every patient I probably would go back. read more

These guys are fantastic! EVERYONE is extremely friendly and efficient. I can get out in just over 90 minutes. That is extremely quick considering I donate the full ML amount. This place can get pretty busy. If you get stuck in a long line, then stop coming at 1700 when everyone is getting off work. The payment is put onto a debit card immediately after donation. Excellent pay and bonus opportunities. read more

Staff was friendly and efficient. In and out for my first donation in 2 hours. Very impressed with their level of organiztuon.

The donation process takes a while but that's to be expected. Overall I would recommend donating if you have the free time to do so! Definitely best to go when you don't have anything to do for a few hours to make sure you can just go ahead and donate stress free. Depending on the time of day and day of the week you are going in for, you may hit longer lines. If you download their app or call in you should be able to see what their "best times" to go in are on any given day. It's also a great feeling to know that you can save many lives! read more

Had no issues with this,place however my second time donating the girl stuck the needle in my arm it immediately hurt my machine kept beeping i raised my hand. Here when the girl inserted my iv it was a no flow nd she adjusted the needle while it was in my arm making the pain worse finally another worker checked,and my area around the needle was swollen they put an ice pack on it and stuck me in my other arm. 3 days later and i still have the bruising and am scared to go back. read more

The two big things that stuck with me from my visits. The last time I was stuck by a young girl, she couldn't get blood flow, called for a supervisor while waiting untapped the slack in the tube attached to the needle - just to let the slack drop making the needle jostle around in my arm. I told them they could stick my other arm, once they did the machine was blinking or making a weird noise - when i called the staff over - they stated there was air in the line - they were about to pump air into my vein... Not an impressive experience. The other thing that stuck with me was how they handle problems within the department. I put a complaint on line for the above during one of my first visits to the clinic after getting off work - one of the male workers made comments about my shoes (heels) and how heels were his weakness, how we could play doctor and patient and how he liked to be gentle among some other sly comments.
