They messed up my phone number so I couldn't do the questions on my phone. The Kiaos is always filthy! One day its cold a fuck in that place, the next its hotter then satans balls! Just too much bs to deal with. Then I remember if u haven't donated in a couple years you automatically a new donor and you'll SUPPOSED to get NEW DONOR PAY! nope guess again. Instead of the 400 you expecting the first couple week you only get 100 your first two times. But wait there's more. I haven't donated since 2003! They gave me 100 my first visit and 55 my second visit! Thats false advertising and stealing! So I get on the app for help? It gives me a number to call. After being on hold for 20 mins cuz the app just haves robots with no agents, they did a report, now I have to wait for a phone call to know more about my issue with them stealing..... lol On top of that I have scammer calling me all damn day lol thanks! now I have to answer my phone today... smh

Chef's Kiss! Tip... be sure to sign up for the point promotion deal as well. The incentives for new donors made me switch over from a competitor plasma center plus the convenience in distance from our residence. I also appreciate the presence of "Top Flight Security" ( lol, just joking) ... but seriously having Security guards at all times is reassuring! Oh and the complimentary water & snack for new donors is a nice touch & win-win for the whole donor process. So far-sooo Good! The compensation is a Blessing plus it's all for a good cause by helping others with our plasma. I will be back to edit. Wanted to give a special shoutout to my phlebotomist ( a young Black guy with Locs) who worked with me in the brown color coded section on November 1,2025. I need to get his name, his Compassion & Professionalism towards donors is everything! There was a delay getting me set up and started because of stickers/sample tube needed/nurse/mgmt was busy ect... but he calmly apologized & explained & reassured me all while multitasking and taking down & setting up other donors. He is excellent and will do well in any medical career he choose because a good Attitude is everything. I was also impressed with the nice young ladies who pre-screen you ( weight, temperature, finger prick;-(,ect.) The ones that screened me on 11/01/2025 & 11/03/2025 were SWEETHEARTS! Very helpful & kind in explaining what to do next ect. I'm giving this location a FIVE STAR REVIEW & definitely recommend it!
