My husband initially went in on Monday at 9:30 AM experiencing intense pain early in the morning. There were no lines when I arrived, the office was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. During the visit, they drew labs and gave me a referral to have an ultrasound done (which I was able to get done that day at 1pm). I was told that they would call me with the results once everything was reviewed. Wednesday, the clinic contacted us with the lab results, but they had no update regarding the imaging. I then called the imaging center myself and was informed that the ultrasound images had already been sent to the clinic Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, I went to the imaging center in person to pick up a copy of the results and the CD containing the images. I called the same day (Th) and was told the NP should have the results reviewed by Friday. When I followed up today(Friday), I was told that it may not be reviewed until Monday. While I'm grateful my husband's pain has mostly subsided and is feeling almost back to normal, the delay in reviewing the imaging results feels unnecessary and frustrating. Especially considering the imaging center had already sent the results several days ago. Overall, my initial visit was positive in terms of the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff and cost of the visit. After calling they are more annoyed and don't seem to care that patients are left with no answers. The delay in communicating diagnostic results and providing follow-up information has been disappointing and has left me waiting longer than expected for answers. This is my second time going here for labs and imaging (first time with my son) and I didn't experience this type of delay so hopefully this isn't what usually happens.

Told her what I've been doing with them and she immediately told me to stop going to him. I told her I had an appointment in two days and she said call right now and cancel that appointment and do not go back to him after what he did. Thousands of dollars worth of supposed treatments and all the money I paid out of pocket in addition to my excellent insurance and I did not get better. I actually kept getting worse. One treatment touted so highly was not covered under insurance and they were very open about that. But they said it's all the rage in Europe and while it's very painful to get it done, it would make a dramatic difference in my healing. Well, it was very painful for four solid weeks of weekly 'zapping'. An extremely expensive snake oil! But he's a doctor so I assumed he was looking out for my best interest. I have always trusted the doctors that I go to, although I don't go to doctors that often. And when my primary care told me to stop going to him immediately based on what he had been doing and charging me, I could tell she was serious, and that this guy was a major problem. Now I'm having issues with their billing department. Finally got a hold of the office manager, and she was referring to the fact that she's not sure who sent me the last email correspondence because there's no NAME or Office heading or anything on the email. I asked her do they let employees just take records home or off the Premises and she would not deny that fact. and did I mention that I'm worse after we completed all the 'treatment' than when I started?

The Dr. decided to do a biopsy on a mole that had changed. What a shock when the results came back as malignant melanoma. She referred us to Dr. Lee at Texas Oncology in The Woodlands. The person making the appointments was so understanding and as it was the week between Christmas and New Years it was just hard to see anyone. She got us in at the first week of January which was great. Dr. Lee came into the room, she still had on scrubs and the hair wrap they wear in surgery, she was so nice and reassuring. She talked to my wife and made her feel secure and that she would get the best treatment. She said my wife needs a PET scan, we can get that at our local hospital in Kingwood. She said after she sees the results she will know more and we will have a game plan for treatment. Can't say enough about her and the staff, they have all been wonderful.
