Got paid immediately, my friend referred me so she will be getting a bonus. Staff were very polite and nurturing. The wonderful ladies that took care of me on my first donation were Marquette and Mayra. And my second donation, I wasn't able to get her name but she's the phlebotomist trainer? (she assisted me on my first and second donation, and she did spectacular on my stick today.) My only negative would be about the facility. They only had one kiosk working. BUTT you can complete your intake on your phone.

He is excellent and will do well in any medical career he choose because a good Attitude is everything. I was also impressed with the nice young ladies who pre-screen you ( weight, temperature, finger prick;-(,ect.) The ones that screened me on 11/01/2025 & 11/03/2025 were SWEETHEARTS! They're always cleaning stuff, changing things out, I'm not a medical professional but in my amateur opinion they seem to have a very high standard of care with regard to keeping patients safe. Good technique too, they never take more than one try to get the needle in the right place and so far I've only bruised up once out of the dozens of times I've been here.

They're inconsistent with how each "nurse" checks vitals etc. and because of the long wait the food you ate to prepare has long digested and 8/10 by the time you make it to the "nurse" your levels are all too low and you can't donate.
