Easy to access and timely appointments. The check in process is a little weird compared to others but over all a great clinic.

She was like an angel and I've never just had good doctors before. She listened to my needs and did not brush me off. She was understanding and non-judgmental. She wasn't nonchalant either. I mean dang, I wasn't expecting that. She was transparent with me and even told me things that were hard to discuss. Of course, she prescribed me some medicine, but gave me the option to take them or not. The clinical area was clean and clutter-free. The lobby was spacious with plenty of seating. There wasn't any staff waiting upstairs and would had to check in at in downstairs. The wheelchairs were near the front door which of course at the time, I needed one since I couldn't walk. I had an overall positive experience.

With my prior insurance, I had a private doctor who never canceled in over 11 years. There were times I had to see his PA or NP, but never total cancelations of days and times of appointments exclusive of a natural disaster. Not only is this disruptive to the patient's schedule, but depending on the provider type and appointment, I may have to wait weeks to reschedule or make a painful drive to another location. One cancelation is an inconvenience. Four times is incompetence.

Why is it so hard to find a doctor that cares about their patients? I had an early morning…read moreappointment. I am a single dad and had to take my kids to school. Between the lines of first day back and traffic around to school, I was 12 minutes late for my appointment. They promptly told me they wanted to reschedule. I was only there for prescription refills. It would have been a "sit in the office, small talk for a few minutes" apointment... and "here's your prescription refills". I'm on blood pressure medication and just need a refill and they don't care because I didn't call while I was driving through school zones to get to the doctors office. I have a job and kids and they have no problem making me wait for 10 to 15 minutes, but heaven forbid they wait for you for a few minutes. I'll be finding a new doctor that cares.

I'd give this place a NEGATIVE 10 if I can. I should've went with my gut instinct the very first…read moretime I called them on the phone to set up an appointment as a new patient. And I should've checked with Yelp instead of just relying on Google reviews. Even if I'm the 3rd reviewer on here, I should've just paid attention to the first two. Lesson learned!!! First off, the front desk lady seriously needs an attitude adjustment! This place needs people who are better communicators on the phone. On the day of my appointment, I had informed them while I sat in my car just across their door (filling up their online forms), that I have my kid with me. I don't have a sitter so he will need to come in. The lady, I suppose the same one who booked my appointment, never said anything about it. It took me a while to fill in the forms and as soon as I'm done, I called them back again. Front desk lady said they'll call when the nurse is ready. A few minutes and I get a text. I walked in the front door with my son (masks on) and I was greeted by this nurse who is NOT wearing a mask. Before I can go in, she says "I'm sorry, for safety reasons, your kid is not allowed inside". The front desk lady, also NOT wearing a mask, echoed what she said. I told her, I had mentioned on the phone that I'm bringing in my son because I don't have a sitter and she never said anything! I kid you not, I was fuming right on the get go! I told them to cancel my appointment then and I stormed back in my car. Then I realized, I haven't made my point just yet. So, I walked back up to the front door, opened it and pointed at the front desk lady and said "Oh, by the way, YOU'RE NOT WEARING A MASK EITHER!" As a scientist that doesn't believe in the efficacy of masks, I wear them out of respect. BUT, this business just showed me how utterly HYPOCRITICAL they are!!

I'm giving this place 2 stars...only because I hear the doctors are great - but I wouldn't know…read more I did not end up going to my appointment. I'm writing this review based on my experience dealing with their staff, over the phone. Around the beginning of July, I was extrememly sick and I shouldn't have even come to work. ...by 8:30am, I was on the phone trying to find a doctor. A co-worker had referred me to Doctor Hansen. When I called, the girl was quick to say they wouldn't take a first time patient for 3 weeks. I then said I was referre. They asked by whom and then put me on hold to verify the person. Then they got back on the line and said they could get me in at 2. I went ahead and booked the 2pm. Because I felt like I was nearing my death bed, I called around to more places, trying to find an earlier time. I reached another office that could get me in at 9:30, so I took that appointment. I called Dr Hansen's office to cancel and the line was busy. I called several times and still... busy. (I can't believe that after the fact, I looked at more reviews. (it was because I was sick and it was last minute. ...I would have gone anywhere at that point) I've read more reviews at other sites with others that say they have had experienced their busy lines) ...so I went to my 9:30am appointment (at the other place). When I got out, I called Dr. Hansen's again and still...busy. So I gave up. I was sick and just wanted to get medicated and in bed. At 2:05pm, I received a call from Dr. Hansen's wondering where I was. I explained to the person what happened...and how I tried calling to cancel. She said okay and bye. ...real short. Not so unpleasant. Today, I called Dr. Hansen's to get an appointment for my son... we'll need to go in about 2-3 weeks (knowing what I've been told before). After me and the appointment setter talk for about 5 minutes, discussing what I needed...she asked my name and who I was referred by. She put me on hold. ...for 3 minutes ...to come back and say, rudely, we've marked your name in our system as denied. You were a no-show and now the doctor refuses to see you. My jaw dropped! I was like... excuse me!? ...just like that.?! I explained what had happened that day...and she said.. it was the doctor that noted your record....so it won't be changed. I told her, so if anyone misses their appointment, this is how they are treated? ...even though it was because your phone lines that I couldn't get through. I'm just glad I didn't go...especially if that is how they treat people. After reading reviews, it seems like either the doctor's have no clue that their staff is treating patients terribly, or they have poor management. ...and in my experiences, all fingers usually point to the management. Pretty sad. Pros: I've heard Dr. Hansen is a great Doctor Cons: The appointment setters are extrememly rude

I waited for around twenty minutes (not bad compared to other Doctors) to be called back. Once in the room a nurse took the typical vitals and asked a few questions about my health.
