After receiving the quote I made an appointment to visit the showroom (though Ben also offered to bring some window samples to the house). We really liked the windows (Sunrise Restorations) and moved forward with the project. The installation went flawless! Instead of just "making it work" or creating a huge mess with drywall dust, Zach proposed a brilliant custom solution: building a clean birch veneer box with custom trim. It looks stunning and kept my house completely dust-free. What impressed me most was Zach's integrity. During the install, a small piece of my old plastic molding snapped. Instead of ignoring it, Zach took full ownership and replaced the trim on both skylights with upgraded foam-backed wood molding at his own expense to ensure everything was airtight and uniform. Zach made a strong impression from the start--when he came out to inspect my roof and I told him of a problem area, he went up on the roof to look at it! Replacing the roof took only one day, the crew arrived early and worked very hard. I also had the gutters replaced, opting for 6" gutters. Had roof put on my house thru Grellis Construction via the insurance company. (2021) The day of…read morecompletion I told Greg the flashing around the chimney was not properly put up correctly. He said he was going to get the guys back out to fix the issue. The guys never came back to resolve the issue. In the summer looking for more work I received a call from a sales person. They sent Greg out to assess the issue still no one came the address the issue. The next summer looking for more work the sales person calls again they send a different person to address my issues. When he left he wanted me to pay for their mistakes. last summer they called again I explained again that the flashing was not put up around the chimney correctly and I could sit in my bedroom and hear water dripping in the attic when it rain and in the kitchen around the hook vent and still raining down around the fireplace. They sent someone out. He took the bullet out the roofing, caulked around the kitchen vents and removed leaves from behind the chimney. This summer about 2 months ago Greg came out and I showed him where the rain was coming down the chimney into the basement and in my coat closet from the flashing around the chimney. His comment to me was termites. I said it's not termites. He proceeded to press on the walls in the house that are getting worse everytime it rains. Now that needs to be repaired. I sent picture to the sales rep of the closet, walls and the basement Where the rain is leaking plus Greg told me to measure the wall in the basement where it's leaking, which I sent him. Today I am writing this review because I have not heard back from Greg. I have hired another contractor to complete the job And will be filing a complaint with the MHIC this week with before and after pictures.

We got a great deal and I recommend using ROI for your next project. The construction team was great and even though the project took a little longer then expected it was still done promptly. Alonzo & his team are AMAZING!!…read more I had severe wind damage that resulted in siding on one side of my home to either fall off or begin to peel off. Alonzo worked with my homeowners insurance. He provided them all the documentation they needed to approve my repair.  On the day of my repair, I had an older family member at my home because I had to work. Alonzo's team arrived on time and was nice to my family member even when she "checked" on them a few times. When I arrived home after work the team was wrapping up. I was SHOCKED how close they were able to match the color of my new siding with the rest of my home. I was so grateful the team took the time to make sure every nail was picked up by using a magnetic apparatus. The side of my home they repaired is above my flower garden. I didn't have to worry about nails sticking me when I put down mulch recently and when it is time for me to use my lawnmower to cut my grass.  As a female homeowner, I unfortunately encounter contractors that are rude or try to quote me a higher price. This was not the case at all with Jet Renovations. I felt and was fully respected.  I proudly give them the highest star rating.
