I watched the espresso pull and it was super fast and runny which shows me the beans are not dialed in at all. Espresso should have an even, steady pull with crema on the top. There was no crema and it tasted super watery. They also don't know their sizes, as they were prepared to serve a macchiato in a cappuccino sized cup. I had to tell the barista where to stop with the milk, but honestly that wasn't even worth it because I didn't end up drinking the coffee. I highly recommend this coffee shop get some quality barista training.

Everyone enjoyed their food. The whole place could definitely use a good scrub down though. For starters, the layout of this place is genius for expediting orders, with precious few footsteps required for the capable staff to move orders from griddle to plate to table. Breakfast was nothing fancy, but deftly prepared, with a crisp yet fluffy waffle and a side of ham left on the griddle just long enough to kiss it with a little singe of color.
