Absolutely a five star experience. Our landscape company/architect reccommended CS Patio Covers. We were more than 100 miles from Indio yet their crew showed up when they said they would be here and installed a brand new alumiwood patio. Their crew was on the ball in ever aspect and completed the project in the time frame we were told. They cleaned up and left the area in better condition than when they arrived. I got like 5 bids over the last 2 years while I saved up for my patio cover. Chris the owner was great when he came out and gave the bid. I've been in construction my whole life, and he seemed to be the only knowledgeable one who could explain to me and answer all of my questions about how the patio connects to the roof and how everything is done. Most the other companies couldn't even explain to me what they were doing in a knowledgeable way that made it sound like they had even done it before He knew what he was talking about, and it made me feel very comfortable with this company working on my house. Then half the other companies kept telling me the bids I got last year or a year and a half ago aren't good anymore prices have gone up etc. etc. when I talk to Chris about the patio, he bid two years ago he told me prices have stayed the same and that bid should still be good. I was really happy that he wasn't trying to BS me so I signed a contract with them and had the patio done. His crew was excellent. They came in. They worked together great and they got my patio up in two days time. They did an excellent job. I love my new patio cover.

I've posted several times about CS patio covers. This one I hope will finish them off because I'm tired of it the work they did in my yard and home. With the last wind event, an awning pulled out of my home attached and still on the tiny. Thin screws was the tiny plastic anchor that held 1000 pounds of load in the wind shotty work. CS Patio you charged me $20,000 and your work has pulled out. I asked you repeatedly to come and fix it and you refused your entire crew helped your wife get well in Mexico how stupid and excuse I've been saving hardware and other shotty, work pictures and parts that rust through and holes left in my house to bring it all to small claims and I will take you for every cent of that contract so get ready you're paying me back. The service requested was not completed. The quality of the work was so shoddy. It pulled out of my house and left a hole and the value to this company is zero they say they're doing things but they hide they don't do it right they use shitty hardware and I just can't get over how they walked on me so get ready CS patio, saving my old parts to bring to court and show a judge shitty work you did and I'll have the pictures so if you want to save yourself some time just pay me now. It seems thatthe current awning company knows CS Patios sees the terrible work they did and can't figure why CS patio did such bad work! Knowingly! As long as CS Patio shotty works shows I will share with you. Possibly they did it to me because I'm white and they could take advantage.

sooo impressed with the service, value and attention to detail. Chris was detailed in his measurements, and the particular fabric I had in mind was available. Thus, an awning replacement and a new awning was installed within 2 weeks. They even came out for an adjustment on new awning since I wanted it just a bit lower due to the sun. Highly recommend.

CS Patio Covers installed our aluminum awning yesterday and I could not be happier. It looks beautiful. The whole experience was exemplary. In my opinion, all contractors should follow suit. Since purchasing our home a year ago, we attempted to work with several contractors obtaining quotes for various upgrades to our backyard. We have a very small space, which I think is the reason no one would get back to us. Several of our neighbors raved about CS Patio Covers and suggested we contact them. This company replaced our retractable canopy and fixed canopy at our home in Palm Springs. Initially, we were not pleased with their work. There were many sloppy edges and uneven, jagged cuts. After complaining, the owner of the company personally paid us a visit and agreed, the work was not as good as it should have been. The crew came back a few weeks later, added trim, smoothed out the wrinkles and made it all look PERFECT. I can't give them an excellent rating because it wasn't completed right the first time, but I would say we are very satisified with the end result. We had C s Patio Covers replace the beams and slats over our atrium. The 40 year old beams suffered dry rot and we had them replaced with metal similar to our patio cover. I get several estimates and was going to deal with a lower cost company but they were not responsive and CS Patio Covers was always responsive. I went with them and they did a beautiful job. Only one complaint and that is they broke a big clay pot and never mentioned it. I found out after they left. Otherwise it's awesome. Don't hesitate to hire them. You won't be sorry. read more

Used CS patio for an awning and sail and was very disappointed in a lot of the interactions and ways the owners dealt with problems we ran into. There were a lot of miscommunications and I felt that when there were problems and I communicated those, the owner made me feel that it was my fault. For example, I could not open my door because the awning was installed too low and when I called them to come raise it, I was told that this was not a design flaw and I should have told them what my preference of height was. I told them my preference was to be able to open my door... One of the owners also wanted to charge me for them to come fix their problem. I would not comfortably refer them. read more

My roof leaked profusely. Had a hard time getting them back to look at the problem or compensating me for the damage caused by the leaks. Took several months to get them to respond and settle the issue. I would never recommend them to anybody. Would really not even give them one star! read more

Easy to work with, understood my design intentions, and were flexible with the layout. Christian came out, worked together with me to finalize the design and then scheduled the order and delivery. I had sought several bids from various general contractors for a 49' solid and lattice patio cover, and Chris Angulo's quote was the fairest plus the fact that you are speaking to the owner, not a second party general contractor that usually uncharges and then sub-contracts the work out to another vendor. Chris came out and drew up the plans so I could submit to my HOA for approval and took care of the permits, etc. His team worked hard and completed the job in three days (working around the rain and weather). Chris installed a ceiling fan, three electrical outlets, and two pot lights along with a 20' solid insulated central patio cover and 29' of two side adjoining lattice covers. We had one glitch that came up, but Chris reacted quickly to resolve the issue and finished within the expected job timetable! Chris being the owner takes pride in his workmanship and strives to please the homeowner. I highly recommend contacting CS Patio Covers if you are in the market for a Patio Cover, plus his team can also perform other services if needed. I will gladly endorse Chris and CS Patio to my neighbors at Four Seasons Terra Lago! read more

Great work, beautiful patios. The only problem I had, is that they subcontracted someone to tear diown an existing wall and build a new one. Well the subcontractor tore the wall down and place the demo material with other demo material I had by a wall. After everything was completed I asked the Chris to come and see the demo material that they left behind and he sent someone who did not tear the wall down to check it out. I also asked Chris to ask the subcontractor as to where they placed the demo material and that did not happen. He (Chris) just confirmed that he did not speak to the subcontractor through a text message Chris stated that they had already taken all the demo material which they had not. Now I am left with disposing of the material myself which is another cost to me. Good people just need to inspect and not expect. Also needs to listen to the homeowners if they bring up an issue. read more

Established in 2015.

In 2009 Business partner began working in the industry of aluminum patio covers, metal drop shades and retractable awnings. I am an Entrepreneur, graduated from Cal State San Bernardino in 2008 with the mind set of one day having my own business. In 2015 Business I began talking about opening our own business and with his experience and my business management skills it was a matter of minutes before we had the idea of an aluminum patio cover business. It's a business that both could work together doing sales and installations without having to hire employees being the only way we would be able to provide a QUALITY Installation. In 2014 I took my contractor license course and acquired it by mid 2015. The first few months of having a license to perform installations were hard. We knocked on doors in several communities and had a stand in a local outdoor swapmeet for a 4 month period. Once we sold our first job in Indio, CA we started booking installations and have never stopped since.

Meet the Business Owner: Christian A.

Born in Indio, CA in 1984 and raised a few miles south in Mecca, CA. As far as I can remember I have always wanted to own my own business and become successful, obviously my priority was getting an education and start learning more about becoming an Entrepreneur. Now, 8 years after establishing CS Patio Covers, I look back at the long hours and hard work it has taken us to be where we are. It's more than dedication, it's the support you receive from your family and team to reach our goals in life. Blessed.

He did most of the work in 2 weeks (pebble finish, retiled the water level, added a few turtle tiles, replaced the Pool and spa lighting to LED (we went with a color one for the spa), and he also fixed numerous issues with our heater. My project was very challenging in that it was an old, very large brick patio that had to be completely demolished along with several layers of old concrete and then transformed into three new modern tile patios along with building a large privacy wall. Consistent with other reviews, Ryan is very knowledgeable, honest and fair, easy to work with and always tried to find ways to accommodate while maintaining project integrity. We chose CS Patios because of the reviews AND pricing that was MUCH more reasonable than the competition. Moreover, the competitor's bid didn't include the insulated panels that Chris recommended to help keep the area cooler. The finished product is spectacular and will make our patio an oasis on even the hottest Colorado Desert (Palm Springs area) days. The pillars are directly opposite the existing ones for our home and are a lovely contrasting shade. As you can see, there are barely noticeable drains that ensure no water will run back to the roof on even the rainiest days. The "ceiling" created by the insulated panels has LED lights and two outdoor-rated, modern-look fans; Chris's team replaced the existing lights and fans on the old cover structure to match, and coded two remotes to two fans each. (We chose one front, one back for each pair, but of course you could pair the fans on the old structure together, then those on the new, or even code a remote for each.) One suggestion: if your neighborhood/City requires the structure to pass City inspection, agree up front that you'll withhold part of the final payment (substantial enough to ensure you aren't waiting months for the fix if it doesn't pass, but not so much that CS has to sweat; we did around $1k). It caused a bit of friction because CS considered the project complete when they'd finished the work, whereas we didn't consider it complete until the City signed off. Chris did see our reasoning, though, and it turned out there wasn't a single worry. (It only took the City Inspector about 5 minutes to bless it!) The only other tiny detail is there are bits of plastic wrap trapped between the panels of one pillar, which will require us to get on a ladder with tweezers to remove; I wish this wasn't necessary. BUT we VERY highly recommend them, especially because Tony's crew cleaned up every last bit of debris - so our patio is 100% ready for relaxation! Don't even bother with anyone else. read more

We got three quotes from three highly rated patio companies in the Valley. They weren't the lowest nor the highest, their price was competitive yet reasonable. But to be honest what made us choose CS Patios even more so is it's a family owned business and had overall great reviews on all platforms, We immediately trusted and enjoyed working with Bryan as he is knowledgeable and very insightful. After selecting our choices we became hesitate after choosing the insulated cover - we wanted to change but they already ordered the cover they said they wanted us happy and could change if needed- however We wanted to discuss it again with both my husband and I present. Bryan came back out to discuss things further for us and explain certain positives that we didn't think of. While it's a bigger investment we are beyond glad we went with insulated especially when temperatures start to go up. The crew was very professional, hard working and respectful of our home. CS Patio just installed our back patio today ahead of what was tentatively scheduled, which I'm thrilled! Chris, the owner, is very responsive and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. He worked with us giving us more than 1 bid to customize to our needs and budget. His crew was polite and always cleaned up after themselves each day they worked. Chris kept us informed at each stage. And even when he was on vacation, he remained in constant contact with me by text if I had any questions or concerns. One of the ceiling fans was just shaking slightly and they went the extra mile trying to resolve the issue for over an hour. They installed the ceiling fans and lantern light fixtures complimentary. They only charged me for the electrical wiring and the steel reinforcements. And when I receive my replacement fan, they will send someone back out complimentary. I can't say enough. They were great to work with. I highly recommend this company and would work with them again! read more

I am thrilled with the work Chris and his crew did on my Patio cover! I called and left a message and received a text message right away then a phone call. Chris came out to see me almost immediately, and I received my quote at the end of the appointment. I don't think you should choose a contractor solely on the lowest price, (which C &S had) But I'm recommending them because of their professionalism and quality of work, as well as a great product. The crew came out on Wednesday at 9, worked until about 4:30, then returned at 7 the next morning and it was completely installed and the area totally cleaned up 2 hours later! I had the solid cover installed with a ceiling fan, and then 3 lights over my bar area. They had to design a special piece as my roof has two different pitch angles as it wraps around the house, and it looks beautiful! I always visualized my backyard transformed into that special place where new memories took place with my kids..be able to enjoy the weather and grill all their favorite dishes, and just witness how my four kids played without being too exposed to harshfull UV rays which we all know can lead to skin cancer. The very best Patio Cover company in the desert. I had CS plus 5 other patio cover companies come over to bid my rather large job. Chris (CS Patio Covers) was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. He was always prompt and if he couldn't make it, he called hours or even a day ahead to change the time. His team is his family, all very polite, honest, hard working, kind and very knowledgeable. He was able to install my patio cover, 3 fans, 6 LED lights in 1 day! They worked all day, showed up on time, and finished by 5pm... Come to find out, it was Chris's birthday, yet he still worked, all day! This is the best experience I have had with any construction crew ever. We wanted a cover for the front of our house to block the east sun in the mornings and had three bids. Although they were not the lowest bid, we decided to go with them because Chris who is one of the owners,instilled confidence because he showed up at the appointment time, listened to what we wanted, explained what would happen and how long we could expect for the project to be complete. He measured and let us know the cost. When Sergio, the other owner and his assistant came out to install, he worked with us on an area we saw as a problem and it turned out great. Simply AMAZING. from start to finish. I waited about 2 weeks for Bryan to stop in and take measurements to prepare a quote. Once I receive it , it was easy to communicate via email and text. They are very responsive and quick. We sign a contract and selected our colors. Do to the work load and quality work they do they are always very busy. I waiting 2.5 months to have it installed and I am impressed. Very professional. CALL THEM . I rarely give a review for a business, but I just wanted to let everyone know that if you are planning to update your old patio cover or have a new one installed, I highly recommend CS Patio Covers In Indio. They are reasonably priced and the owner, Chris, and his workers are the best. I replaced my old patio with the new alumawood product. Chris told me they could take down the old patio cover, haul it away, and install the new one in one day. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day at 7:30 a.m. and were finished by 2:30 p.m. Everything was cleaned up and the furniture put back. Christian & his crew built a fabulous patio cover. Our home had an unusual layout that created a few architectural issues. Christian and I put our heads together and came up with a plan that covered every issue. In the end, I have to admit that the patio cover came out BETTER that I had hoped for. We not only needed a permit from the city, but required approval from our HOA. Christian was on top of both to make sure that the process was moving forward. I can't recommend Chris and his crew enough. I needed a small patio overhang installed over a slider that faced the morning sun, and Chris came back with good options and great pricing. The job was scheduled quickly, and Tony and Cesar showed up on time, ready to go. The patio cover was quickly done, even though they needed to cut a limb off of a lemon tree that was just too close to the new patio cover. That was some very nice extra effort from the guys, much appreciated. They were done in a couple of hours, and the patio cover looks fantastic. This is a class A outfit .. Chris and his team are extremely professional and responsible. All commitments met or exceeded. Start date set .. they started .. was told 3-4 days start to finish .. was 3-1/2 days. Two new patio covers on both sides of our coach. Took down lights, misting system, and fan/lamp. Put all back up. Lots of sand and dirt .. but when they left each day, you would never have known it. All in all one of the best home improvement projects ever! ..
