Worst customer service I have ever been apart of. They did our patio covering and finished Oct 2020. Put the down spout in the wrong place I asked. Instead of capping the wrong one they just put another one where I originally wanted. Now I have two. One puddles in the patio. The other I wanted works fine. We soon had a leak and they came and caulked it. Soon after It leaked again. I asked if they'd put flashing and make sure it didn't leak. Yes Chris said it won't leak. I asked when they installed if they'd put flashing and Chris said yes. They did not. No rain for a long time and as soon as the next big rain it. Another leak .Someone new responded Not the owner we've dealt with, a knew guy Brian. We are on a waiting list? What? A waiting list on repairs you've Installed? I wouldn't recommend CS. Once they get your money your forgotten!, Terrible customer relations! Request fix in July it's now almost January. Don't use them. It's supposed to rain tomorrow. Leak video to come. read more

We had a great experience working with Chris and his crew. Very friendly and professional from start to finish. And their pricing is very reasonable. CS Patio Covers - We love our patio! - Patio Coverings Near Me - Indio, California

CS patio completed an alumawood patio cover at our first home and when we purchased our second home we used them for another alumawood patio cover, driveway and patio concrete extensions, and concrete stair pathway leading to our front door. They were absolutely amazing to work with for each project from obtaining HOA appprovals and city permits to flawlessly completing each job exactly as I requested. The owner Christian is on top of it all and he and his team are efficient, timely, and friendly. I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone and will continue to use them for future projects! read more

We love our new patio cover! Chris worked with us through the Riverside Permit process and HOA process so that we were able to satisfy the requirements of both. Permit took a few months but worth the wait as we know everything is done to specs. Chris and his crew were efficient, professional, and left the work site clean and orderly when they were done. We appreciated his communication and would recommend highly recommend him. Each day we have been very happy with our decision!! read more

Amazing patio, my backyard looks better than ever! I highly recommend CS PATIOS. Now I can enjoy the pool and bbq with shade during the summer or the little rain we get during the winter. read more

We chose CS Patios because of the reviews AND pricing that was MUCH more reasonable than the competition. Moreover, the competitor's bid didn't include the insulated panels that Chris recommended to help keep the area cooler. The finished product is spectacular and will make our patio an oasis on even the hottest Colorado Desert (Palm Springs area) days. The pillars are directly opposite the existing ones for our home and are a lovely contrasting shade. As you can see, there are barely noticeable drains that ensure no water will run back to the roof on even the rainiest days. The "ceiling" created by the insulated panels has LED lights and two outdoor-rated, modern-look fans; Chris's team replaced the existing lights and fans on the old cover structure to match, and coded two remotes to two fans each. (We chose one front, one back for each pair, but of course you could pair the fans on the old structure together, then those on the new, or even code a remote for each.) One suggestion: if your neighborhood/City requires the structure to pass City inspection, agree up front that you'll withhold part of the final payment (substantial enough to ensure you aren't waiting months for the fix if it doesn't pass, but not so much that CS has to sweat; we did around $1k). It caused a bit of friction because CS considered the project complete when they'd finished the work, whereas we didn't consider it complete until the City signed off. Chris did see our reasoning, though, and it turned out there wasn't a single worry. (It only took the City Inspector about 5 minutes to bless it!) The only other tiny detail is there are bits of plastic wrap trapped between the panels of one pillar, which will require us to get on a ladder with tweezers to remove; I wish this wasn't necessary. BUT we VERY highly recommend them, especially because Tony's crew cleaned up every last bit of debris - so our patio is 100% ready for relaxation! Don't even bother with anyone else. read more

I would definitely recommend CS Patio Cover and I would also recommend upgrading your pergola by adding electricity. The team was like family. We were sad when they finished the job because we couldn't hangout with them anymore. They promised that with water from the house the pergola would be cleaned and it's true! So easy! Thank you so much for the great service and high quality product. read more

CS Patio Covers installed our aluminum awning yesterday and I could not be happier. It looks beautiful. The whole experience was exemplary. In my opinion, all contractors should follow suit. Since purchasing our home a year ago, we attempted to work with several contractors obtaining quotes for various upgrades to our backyard. We have a very small space, which I think is the reason no one would get back to us. Several of our neighbors raved about CS Patio Covers and suggested we contact them. From obtaining the quote to scheduling the installation and on to installation day, they responded to our many calls well within 24 hours. I highly recommend CS Patio. read more

CS Patio Covers are the best in The Valley, good selection and good prices and all the staff is very professional and friendly.

Had a great experience with CS Patio Covers they under promised and over delivered. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

This company replaced our retractable canopy and fixed canopy at our home in Palm Springs. Initially, we were not pleased with their work. There were many sloppy edges and uneven, jagged cuts. After complaining, the owner of the company personally paid us a visit and agreed, the work was not as good as it should have been. The crew came back a few weeks later, added trim, smoothed out the wrinkles and made it all look PERFECT. I can't give them an excellent rating because it wasn't completed right the first time, but I would say we are very satisified with the end result. I would recommend this company nonetheless. read more

I get several estimates and was going to deal with a lower cost company but they were not responsive and CS Patio Covers was always responsive. I went with them and they did a beautiful job. Only one complaint and that is they broke a big clay pot and never mentioned it. I found out after they left. Otherwise it's awesome. Don't hesitate to hire them. You won't be sorry. read more

We had C s Patio Covers replace the beams and slats over our atrium. The 40 year old beams suffered dry rot and we had them replaced with metal similar to our patio cover. Used CS patio for an awning and sail and was very disappointed in a lot of the interactions and ways the owners dealt with problems we ran into. There were a lot of miscommunications and I felt that when there were problems and I communicated those, the owner made me feel that it was my fault. For example, I could not open my door because the awning was installed too low and when I called them to come raise it, I was told that this was not a design flaw and I should have told them what my preference of height was. I told them my preference was to be able to open my door... One of the owners also wanted to charge me for them to come fix their problem. I would not comfortably refer them. read more

Outstanding local business. It was a great experience start to finish and pricing was solid. Thanks!

Received referral from neighbor who was pleased with installation of their patio cover. Team arrived on time and we're finished in two days as scheduled. They cleaned up after themselves. I found CS Patio on Yelp and was impressed by the positive reviews. My personal experience with them could not have been better! Easy to work with, understood my design intentions, and were flexible with the layout. Christian came out, worked together with me to finalize the design and then scheduled the order and delivery. The 3-person install crew were very professional and also understood my intentions with the curved trellis. In and out in 4 hours with great craftsmanship and cleanup. Highly recommend and will use for another project next year. read more
