Nick at Coachella Valley Custom Gate and Fence followed up with me and helped me figure out that I was misled by the provider I had chosen. His product was the same as the one that I selected (not wrought iron), but HIS PRICE WAS 30% LESS THAN THE COMPETITION! He and his team got the job done quickly, efficiently, with great communication and even better follow up and follow through. The fence looks great too. All good so far but the best experience was a follow up after I clipped the gate with a golf cart. I contacted Nick and he came out next day, fixed the gate, and sent me an invoice for $25. $25!!! You can't get a service call from a service provider these days for less than $150! To me this was an example of an honest company interested in providing service above and beyond the competition. He worked with A & R to coordinate the installation for once they finished their side of the project. Jerome and his team came by early in the morning and were finished by the afternoon. Miguel and his team did an excellent job repairing both our brick wall and fence at a reasonable price. Job was done quickly in 4 days. We loved the work and service so much we called Miguel a few weeks later to replace topper on the rest of our brick so that it matches with the new wood. 10/10 workmanship and customer service. We would definitely hire Perris Valley Fence again in the future. We have additional fencing that will eventually need to be replaced and Miguel will be our go to for the work.
