We explained that this was going to cost us revenue due to reimbursing guests. She took that to heart, personally went to their storage facility to procure the materials, and then coordinated the work this evening. Don't underestimate a man with an industrial drain rooter. In inexperienced hands they can cause a lot of damage. So it's important to have someone you can trust to blindly go 100 feet into your pipes! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I had to have them back a month later to repeat the job. But that may have been my fault since I was cheap and didn't have them camera the line and we found some roots on try #2. I shouldn't begrudge the charge but it would have been nice if they had given me a little break. But heh, these guys work hard and that's on me.
