Hobo totally became our go to spot while staying in Nice, France…read more The first day I arrived I saw Hobo on our walk to our airbnb. I stopped for a fresh green juice and it was delicious! Perfectly sweet and tangy. There was quite a long wait but I didn't mind it as the fresh drink made up for it. I came in an extra 2-3 more times during my 4 day stay. Once popped in for chocolate croissant... it was later in the day so it wasn't as fresh but still enjoyable. The next stop was for a morning brunch. My friends and I were starved. I started off with a fresh carrot, turmeric, and ginger based juice which was the perfect wake up call... I also definitely needed it after several days of not eating the healthiest. Then I ordered their shredded egg avocado toast and OMG it was soooo good!! Very simple yet one of the bests avo toasts i've had. I also ordered a cappuccino, it was so delicious (after adding sugar lol) I'm not really a coffee person so I wasn't sure if it was just me being in europe that made me fall in love with cappuccinos or it was really that good haha.
