This truly is a family establishment where you can quickly become a regular, which means they will be looking out for you and your interests. It's ideal for a light breakfast or a glass with a book after work. I was in Villefrance-sur-Mer for a month, studying at the Institut de Français, and Chez Betty made me feel at home of an evening. If you cannot speak French, no matter; the staff are fluent in English. The neighborhood is pleasant, safe and ideal for catching a bus or walking to the old town.
